It started with her dropping her keys on the ground, picking them up, and then immediately touching my burritos (gross!). And both employees could not wrap burritos at allllll. I have two smooshed balls of what are the ingredients to a burrito. I doubt any “training” or “health standards” occur here

Food was old chips were almost soggy and stale tasting every staff member seems like they hate their job and the restaurant was dirty with food on tables and the drink machine area had straw wrappers with other trash on it

I’m literally so embarrassed, stood in the corner for 30 mins waiting for the new carne asada, having to tell so many people go right ahead, only for them to cook and cut regular steak while they were aware I was waiting for asada. the staff were laughing and pointing at me saying don’t worry it’s coming, while laughing btw. I’m in tears and starving.

The food at chipotle is amazing and i say the service is good, but at this particular location the workers were very slow and rude, didnt even give a full scoop of protein, and had side conversations with eachother while i was trying to place my order. The food is very good, but service here not so much.and it’s dirty

Hawking Down

I ordered a steak burrito with STEAK as you see no steak , I asked for black beans got maybe 6 beans all my topping on one side of the burrito it was filled to the maximum with clumps of rice I have never had something disappoint me this badly ! I don’t think I’ll ever go back not to mention i vomited after trying to eat this trash of a meal I’ll stick to moes or authentic Mexican places! Not to mention they forgot my vinaigrette and napkins and utensils that’s I ask for so all around poor service for me tonight

Came in at 11:30am today the store was not busy at all. They had NO white rice, No Veggies, No Vinaigrette, No Red Chimichurri sauce. The guy making the food was NOT nice at all seemed like he HATED his job and everyone, which is concerning because it's very early to be like that. They were in the middle of an inspection in which you would think things would be a little smoother and friendlier but NO definitely not the case.

Horrible service. We waited 30 minutes to order inside and then got to the front and they had no white rice and no black beans. They only have one person working the front counter - making the food and checking you out. Meanwhile, two employees stood in the back and watched the line go out the door and we never saw them do one thing the entire time to help. I would strongly recommend never going to this location.

Came in at 8:15 and was rushed with terrible service. Portions are extremely small and customer service and professionalism is out the window.

I’ve never been so consistently disappointed with a Chipotle location in my life. Every single time I order food from here I regret it. Food prep is awful. One time I got a cup of guac with an avocado pit in it. So basically I paid $4 for one small bite worth of guac and a pit. Another time I got a bag of burned chips, they were all dark brown. They’re always out of ingredients, like the fajita veggies or dressings, or even chicken for crying out loud. Oh, and if you order after 5pm, don’t be surprised if they’re already out of chips for the night. If I order delivery, something’s always missing. If I order in store, I both have to compromise my order and then can’t find a clean table to sit at. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location gives me a nose bleed from all the internal rage strokes I get every time I try to enjoy a meal from here. Corporate needs to come in and fix it.

I came in the restaurant after 9 pm last night they had no rice and wasn't making any and closing was at 11. Every time I go to mall location it's something they act like u not standing there to order when they standing at counter as we walking up to building get in restaurant still had to wait no customers at all in restaurant when we walked in to order NO RICE AFTER 9pm and close at 11. BAD BUSINESS I want to give no STAR…. WHY ARE YALL OPEN IF U NOT THERE TO SERVICE

This is literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many across the country. Always out of food, it’s dirty, understaffed or employees not properly trained. I’ve never had a good experience here. Definitely needs new management who actually care how this location is operated.
