This place was so dirty, there was no clean tables. The floors were horrid. The food area was a mess. My boyfriend got chicken quesadilla and threw it away after two bites. The manager needs to do something about this. (Coming from a person with restaurant experience)

I like coming here for the bowls. The food is always excellent. I always get the feeling that the staff is overworked because I never see a smile. I don't get the sense of it being very clean as you spend a little time in the dining area and clean up.

This chipotle is always missing fajita veggies (worker told me they stop serving fajita mix around 12pm). They never have queso, or speciality protein. I love chipotle but this location needs to do better.

While I order food here for myself sometimes, I often deliver orders out of here. I’ve been picking up orders here for the last couple of years and I’ve noticed the quality of service get progressively worse recently.
Most of the times I go in to pick up now, there’s usually a woman that appears to maybe be a supervisor of sorts? I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes here and I also know that managers have duties beyond rolling up their sleeves. But this ‘supervisor’ seems to just always stand by the register and accomplish the most remedial of tasks if any, while the other employees are getting their butts kicked on the make lines. It seems like the leadership here has grown quite toxic.
Normally, this doesn’t affect me directly. But tonight, the same woman, along with another employee (woman with blonde hair) were talking amongst themselves while leaning against the make line, facing the wall. So naturally, I said “hello” to get their attention. I think that’s pretty reasonable of me, right? So they turn around and I tell them “I’m picking up an order for blank”. Then the employee sarcastically says “I’m good how are you” like I didn’t greet them already and just asked for my order.
If you’re gonna be smart with me, at least be more observant and maybe pay better attention to your surroundings when you’re on the clock. If that were the case, you would’ve heard me the first time.
Being right at the mall, I know this location gets far too busy to deal with a lack of productivity like I’ve seen here lately. It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered food for myself here; and I’m probably gonna keep it that way after this. Again, maybe there’s a side to these employees I’m not seeing. But from my side of the counter, it’s pretty unimpressive.

Was told I can’t order a quesadilla in line and had to download the app. They hit the “it’s done” button literally 15 mins before I ever got it and are obviously doing that to make their numbers look better but I still waited 25+ mins for a quesadilla when it was hardly even busy. The screen says no orders.

Me and my husband visited this location tonight between 7:30-8 pm. When we walked to the counter I should have turned around because the food bar did not look the best. We proceeded to order our bowls (both steak). They were out of veggies and chips and said they were not going to cook any more for the night. We paid and took our carryout home. Within one hour of ordering food we were both sick in the restrooms. Highly disappointed!
Asked for Rice, Black beans, steak, tomato and lettuce, my bowl was straight Rice, tomato and lettuce and MAYBE a bit of the flavor of steak. If you actually want to eat beans and steak, you should cook it at home because for $14 you only get Rice, tomato and lettuce, I would love to have tasted the beans and an actual piece of steak.
I also ordered chips and queso, the chips didn’t even fill HALF of the small paper bag they gave me, and the chips were VERY saggy, it tasted old and disgusting with the cheese.
At least I ate the vegetarian meal (not what I wanted to eat AT ALL)
All the tables were dirty. Waited 15 for an order placed in app of two bowls. Steak not hot and maybe 7 pieces total. I asked for extra rice and cheese and definitely didn't get it. The lady making the orders on that side is stingy af. She didn't even fill up the salsa cup. She filled It up a 4th of the way. Never have I ever had that happen before. With any of the chipotles I've been to. Spending $14 on a bowl? I'm not impressed. Tell me where you see the steak.

Completely incorrect delivery order and the customer service line just loops you around and you cant talk to a human. Can not reach anyone to fix the order

raw chicken never eat here
I had high expectations for trying this place, I had seen a lot of advertising about Chipotles, the food looked so delicious in their marketing, but what a disappointment, this place smelled bad, the food looked unappetizing but I decided to try a burrito and a bwol and the taste is so bad, it doesn't look like TEX-MEX food, actually their food has no taste. I know that this business has a lot of potential to improve the quality of their products and I am confident that they will improve soon.

I love Chipotle usually, and I have eaten at a lot of them, and this one is by far the worst. I have yet to order here and receive my order correctly. I’m a vegetarian and tonight I ordered food after a long day’s work and received someone else’s order, with meat in it. I reordered, and waited thirty minutes without being contacted before my order was cancelled. So overall, this is the fifth time I’ve had bad service and received low quality items, and additionally this time I didn’t have dinner at all. When people ask what I think of Chipotle in the future, this will be the only experience that comes to mind.
