I eat here all the time and no matter how long the line is there is never any sense of urgency(worse when the line is short). the rice never has salt and i haven’t gotten my food in a reasonable time since i can remember!

Consistently dirty, and 50/50 that the staff will be rude. Unorganized and 0 pride in the work they do. Gave us half cooked rice also.

Logistically inefficient as can be. I eat here all the time and there is always something wrong with the order or the productively of order flow. I believe this place struggles from poor management. Also, if you’re out of something - be polite in how you communicate to the customers.

We ordered our food online with an 11:10 pickup. Food was not ready until 11:40 and was cold by the time we received it with missing ingredients. In the span of waiting at least 20 other people walked out as the line was not moving.
We spent a lot of money on awful food and horrible service. Will not be returning.

Went in at 9:45 they close at 11 they all looked so annoyed we were there. Started to get our food the girl doing the to go ordered said she needed the queso so the manager grabbed it in front of us and said we can’t have it it’s for the to go orders…..and they won’t have any kore tonight then while trying to pay for the food I don’t even want anymore some girl comes in liked she friends with them talking about how her bowl was wrong and she needs a new one….they then made us stand there while they both talked to her instead of just letting us pay to leave.

There was mold in the women’s bathroom toilet… that only happens when it hasn’t been cleaned in days of not weeks - so gross!

I ordered my food and it looked good until I bit into it an it was ice cold and it was barely meat in it and I didn’t get any beans which I love there beans.

Place is always a mess. Bits of food mixed into other containers. Probably gonna give someone an allergic reaction. Anyways the only thing I need to say is this location almost never has their essential ingredient and it pisses me off enough to drive to the other location across town, white rice. What chipotle doesn’t have white rice back stocked and made ready to go ? It’s clear the management doesn’t care about anything there

They leave ingredient out of orders constantly and they skimp out on all the ingredients they actually do remember, and I personally worked at a food chain like chipotle. It’s not that hard to give good customer service, this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to A LOT. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 9 mile or the one in gulf breeze, they actually take care of their customers.

I’ve been purposefully going to chipotle less often because the portions are never consistent and I often feel like I’m getting ripped off. I decided to be brave and try again today and I was not disappointed! The portions were great and the service was speedy. The line was long, but the employees were very fast and friendly. Definitely one of my best chipotle experiences and I will be back. Thanks guys!

It started with her dropping her keys on the ground, picking them up, and then immediately touching my burritos (gross!). And both employees could not wrap burritos at allllll. I have two smooshed balls of what are the ingredients to a burrito. I doubt any “training” or “health standards” occur here
