We visited the location in Pensacola today. I brought my 2 year old thinking it would be the same as it was when I took my 24 year old 20 years ago. I was very disappointed in this visit. The staff was slow and lazy, the manager did not care and did not interact with guests that were lined up out the door. Half of the games didn’t work. The food took too long and was cold. We just went to this Chuck E Cheese for my kids birthday while on vacation and it was absolutely amazing!! The manager was the absolute nicest person!! We Loved this place.
