The games are not fun, my 6 year old ran out of things to do. It was $50 for me and my kid to play for 45 minutes. Better games and fun at Fast Eddie's

Perfect place to take my guys with special needs. Went mid day so it wasn't too crowded, and they were able to play. Noise was not too over bearing for them. They had a great time!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy to get in and out. Plenty of room to move around and play games if in a wheelchair.

Just shut them all down at this point, the place died with the rebrand and remodeling

My Granddaughter had a Birthday Party here in Pensacola, FL. It seemed run down compared to other Chuck E Cheese places. Only one skew ball out of four worked. Also only one basketball worked. Of course she had fun, but they need to keep the games in working condition.
THE KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THEMSELVES, BUT THE PRICES OF THE FOOD WAS VERY HIGH 😵💫

Kids loved it. Way too expensive for what you get. Employee that took care of me was awesome and made this a better star rating than what I was initially going to give this review

Very small compared to others… drove over an hour to go there and was so disappointed we left without eating.

There is no play place anymore. It's just games. Some games are not working properly but not disabled, to the frustration of the kids. Some games give "tickets" but the tickets aren't real, just digital attached to a card (which you have to pay extra for, by the way!) Plan on about $25 per kid for 2 hours or so of games.
Pizzas are $25 each. Other food and drink options are equally overpriced. No outside food and drink permitted.
They added a TERRIBLE trampoline your kids can jump on for an extra charge of about $10 per kid, which is way too high for the three small trampolines in there.
There is nothing to do for adults. And it's expensive. Not happy, not impressed.
Kid-friendliness: Where a kid can be a mindless zombie playing video games

My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here last Saturday (Pensacola Fl).When we arrived at 10:00 am we ordered 5 extra large pepperoni pizzas. We were told that they do not offer veteran’s discount even though it is referenced online. So, We had a 5 percent off coupon and the cashier was having difficulty applying the coupon to the order which took some time to figure out but she got it finally. We were given a pager. 45 minutes later, NO PIZZA. When we asked about it we were told that the order never made it to the back but don’t worry they were on it and it would be another 10 minutes. Mind you this is a child’s birthday party where you have 2 hours for the party, half of that was waiting for food. When we did get the pizza we asked if they were going to throw in some ice cream for the inconvenience and got laughed at. Not once did we see or speak to any sort of manager about this screw up. Very unhappy with the service that was displayed at this establishment .

None of the workers pays attention let alone parents letting their kids be wild, everything is sticky and smelly and looks like nothing is every cleaned. Kids sticking their hands in the salad bar and a worker playing on their phone right next to it , oblivious. Half the games are broken

We visited the location in Pensacola today. I brought my 2 year old thinking it would be the same as it was when I took my 24 year old 20 years ago. I was very disappointed in this visit. The staff was slow and lazy, the manager did not care and did not interact with guests that were lined up out the door. Half of the games didn’t work. The food took too long and was cold. It took an hour to get the churros that we ordered and they came out cold as well. I don’t have the receipt # because the souvenir cup that we got our son was broken and when he picked it up everything spilled on the table and the receipt was ruined. The girl at the counter did exchange it for us which was the only positive from this experience. The nostalgia from the old days with animatronics and working games are long gone.
