I was at Chuck E. Cheese, Sunday 11/30/25. We ordered two large pizzas and four salads. We waited two hours for the pizzas Salad bar wasn't clean and no lettuce. People waited about an hour before they put out lettuce and it wasn't enough. Waited about thirty minutes before they put out more. The oranges and the ranch dressing was sour. People got a refund because they waited three hours for their pizzas. It looked like they had only four people working. They need to bonus for working that short. They did their best.
Place was nasty
Bathroom sticky floor
Fountain drinks nasty with black mold
Wonderful place to have a birthday.
Exhausting confusing staff were not very helpful. Rootbeer had no syrup. Birthday tables to close together and had to search for napkins.
It was the worst experience I've seen in a while to be a place for kids to play and enjoy themselves. The games don't last long and some games were off limits. And the pizza was worse ,it tastes like frozen pizza. There's got to be a better place for children to enjoy.
Not a bad place for kids to come and run around and play! Plenty of tables and games and the pizza was fire
Sweet staff
went to the chuck and got hella cheese
It's been awhile since being at a Chuck e cheese. Disappointing that the play place was gone which was free to now a jump zone needing to pay an extra 12.00. Pizza was better.
If I go again, will be for the games, kids area my children loved it. Food was ok but not great.

We went for a homeschool day. I was really suprised by how clean everything was and that everything was in working order. They even had a man walking around testing out all the games, making sure they were all working. We pointed out one that was stuck and he immedoately grabbed his tools and fixed it.
I feel like we got a great value and we'll be back!
Brought my granddaughter she had alot of fun :) staff was very friendly, pizza was DELICIOUS!
Great monthly subscription for the kids. $12 and they can go as much as they want and they keep thier points. Every now and then a lot of the machines are down or glitchey but it always entertains the toddler and gets thier energy out

The games are not fun, my 6 year old ran out of things to do. It was $50 for me and my kid to play for 45 minutes. Better games and fun at Fast Eddie's

Perfect place to take my guys with special needs. Went mid day so it wasn't too crowded, and they were able to play. Noise was not too over bearing for them. They had a great time!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy to get in and out. Plenty of room to move around and play games if in a wheelchair.
