A buffet of pizza, salad, pasta, AND dessert for $9.99 ?? Lovely. The pizza was good, and the employees openly offered to cook our preferred pizza for no extra charge to add to the buffet, which means that there was always a nice variety (and if there’s not, just ask). Everyone was SO nice and professional. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, but these guys really nailed it. Is the pizza the best pizza in the world? Maybe not, but it is good, and it is more than affordable in today’s day and age. Will definitely return. The vibes are awesome. (And the apple dessert pizza is seriously amazing.)

Staff did a great job keeping fresh pizzas coming out. Of varies types, much enjoyed. Only thing I’d suggest is to place 1 tip jar near the buffet. There was a small brown box upfront off to the side my son seen. They definitely deserved tips for there service they provided.

I showed up about 30 minutes before close and the manager let me order a specialty pizza for the buffet. The staff did not mind at all that I came in right before close and they were all amazing.

Cici’s may need a crash course in customer service! Cashier was new and had to request assistance from manager twice after attempting to overcharge me. Manager was rude and spoke condescending to me and if my grandchildren wouldn’t have been there, I would’ve walked out without paying/eating there. Food is mediocre and worst customer service I’ve witnessed in years.

The staff was so friendly. Restaurant was clean, quiet, and moderately busy. Food was amazing. Been searching for a good Cici's across the country and this one is it. Everything tasted fantastic and staff was responsive to requests.

Haven't been in years. The price has increased, but also has the quality of the pizza. I remember they used to be mostly pizza crust with just a thin layer of toppings. They now have a reasonable amount of toppings, and will make you any pizza you request.
The employees were friendly. We arrived just as they opened. Perhaps they offer a larger selection for dinner. The salad ingredients were minimal but adequate. They had covered soup pots but they were unmarked as to the type of soup. The pasta was overcooked and sitting in water. The fresh pizza had a good selection and turnover. The dessert bar had two selections. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you are satisfied with average pizza and can eat a lot of it
