Rarely do I ever write a review for a place, but honestly and truly, this staff deserves this review.
Today was another date day for my girlfriend and me. While we were out and about, we decided to hit up Cici's, as it has always been a childhood staple for me and since I recently introduced her to it a few months ago, she has fallen in love with it as well. We are always greeted with a smile and joy, even when I can tell they have had a long day. The staff are always working hard to make sure we have everything we want and need (whether it be certain pizzas, fixing the air hockey table, or checking in on how we are doing). The staff working today were Haley, Russell (Rusty), Josh, Whitney, and Tyler! I would watch them as problems would come up (like noticing something to clean or grabbing more dough or communicating pizza orders) and I can honestly say, they work fantastic together as a crew. Their efficiency is great, and they still keep the place bouncing with joy and service. I only got to really dig deep with a couple of the workers today, Haley & Rusty, and I HAVE to give them some praise.
Haley has worked there for a long time, and I remember her back then still being as joyous and hardworking as she is now. She is and has always been willing to help customers and do whatever she can to make sure not only we are happy but genuinely feel welcomed there. She still works just as hard, if not harder than when I saw her there multiple years ago. Haley is probably my girlfriends favorite worker there and she always loves to go up and chit chat with her and enjoy the company!
I have no clue how long Rusty has worked there, as I just started going back a couple months ago with my girlfriend after a multi year hiatus (because she said she never went as a child, and I couldn't let her keep going without experiencing it). Since we've started coming back, Rusty has been one of our favorite staff to see! He always has a smile on his face, and a genuine joy in his heart. He always truly checks in on people and I can say that we truly do love it and look forward to him being there!
I know I have written alot, but I can't help but to say just how amazing this place is, especially for both my girlfriend and I. So many memories have been made here from when I grew up and had birthday parties here, to late night snack nights with the guys, to now little date and game nights with the love of my life. Cici's will forever hold a spot in my childhood, but this place will forever hold a spot in my heart. Thank you to the team that helps make my memories some of the best ones I'll ever have.

Pizza, salad, and soup were all delicious! Staff was great - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sorry they didn't have the Monday-Tuesday buffet discount available... Would have been a savings of about 40%. Otherwise, great

We were so excited to find a Cici's in Florida. We used to go frequently in Ohio before they closed. This one was so good! From entering the door to someone with a bright smile asking what special pizza toppings we would like to request, to the options and flavors, and cleanliness too. Employees were so friendly and seeing them enjoy the food from Cici's on their breaks is very impressive. The price can't be beat. Ample parking. And the arcade was a huge bonus especially coming from Destin and comparing prices for games! The exit "have a nice day and thank you for coming to Cici's" makes one really feel like they care and are treated well by owners/managers. Absolutely will recommend to others and will return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If you aren't picky, CiCis is the best! Kid's love it. They are super friendly and will make you any pizza you ask for within reason. Their cinnamon rolls are beyond amazing. Continues to be a family fav.

Pensacola, Florida-Cicis has a great fun vibe with great customer service but the pasta is very bland and watery, the pizza has no pizzazz and the bathrooms could use a complete makeover. It's been ongoing for over 20 yrs so it's probably time for a fresh revamping of everything 😉

Man this place was packed. Even with almost all the tables full they kept a full bar of pizza and desserts. Everyone was working really hard and it showed. Just called to ask a question, Mogan that was just the best customer service I think I've ever had. You killed me with the cici you later. Great job.

Even though they were extremely busy, and they looked short staffed. they kept fresh pizza on the trays for the entire visit.
We love Cici's pizza. We were so sad to see the Ft Walton location close so that leaves this Pensacola location as the nearest one. Great staff. Very friendly.

I paid over $30 and didn't enjoy it all. The buffet was empty and the two selections they did have were old. There was not even clean forks. No one was bussing the tables. People were emptying their own dishes and the trash area was over filled! I should've just asked for my money back and left.

Ive been to this location before and it was a bit dirty and staff was rude. But today, 12/20/24, the man and lady working were absolutely phenomenal! So sweet and tentative and the food and drink line were extremely clean as well as the lobby!

If you aren't picky, CiCis is the best! Kid's love it. They are super friendly and will make you any pizza you ask for within reason. Their cinnamon rolls are beyond amazing. Continues to be a family fav.
