I understand the part about when when you don't have many people in there that you don't make new pizzas but call Pizza at this price doesn't get it you can do better than this

This location and the LOUSY PIZZA cannot get any lower, yesterday I ordered a large Zesty Ham and Cheddar with extra Ham, and when I got it home and opened the box there was NO EXTRA HAM on it, in fact there was very little Ham at all, not only that there was hardly any Cheddar Cheese on it, we are done with this Filthy location for good, along with it's USELESS LAZY EMPLOYEES.

It's more of a kid's restaurant with all the games. Soon as you walk in they ask you if there's a flavor of pizza you want out on the buffet & within 10 minutes it's out there.

Food is still the same as I remember it as a kid. Price was ok. They updated the video game section. It's more expensive but it's more fun for kids now.

When we first arrived we were greatly greeted by the sent of fresh cockroaches and when I went to grab my pizza there was a very large variety of pizza to choose from I loved the sponge pizza I especially loved the nice watery taste of Dr Pepper I also enjoyed the little children running up to the counter and dipping their hands in ranch and running around the restaurant spilling ranch all on the ground making many people fall on the ground this was a great form of entertainment I saw a well condition chair that a man was sitting in as it was collapsing. Thanks to CiCi’S pizza for letting me have a great experience and getting back my 700lbs I lost.

You can really tell when the general manager is not working. Service goes from 4.5-5 stars to nearly non-existent.

The workers are classic, very friendly, very helpful, always willing to go the extra mile, won’t hesitate to shout “welcome to CiCi’s!” Or “Welcome Back!” Food was as per usual, good for the price! Will always return when I’m down for AYCE

Way too expensive for the quality of pizza. Cicis used to be awesome when the price was about 6.00 per person. Now it's over 10.00 after tax for an adult buffet with no drink! Unbelievable, I asked for a cup of water and the cashier said we don't do that after trying to upsell me a bottle of water. There was almost nothing on the buffet during the peak of lunchtime and not to mention the pizza that was available wasn't even cut properly. It took me about 60 seconds just to cut the pizza with a pizza spatula.I used to love Cicis.. however I will never go back. Definitely not to the Pensacola location.
