Visited this place for the first time and could not have had a better experience. DJ was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgable, and chill. The vibe of the lounge was also relaxed, comfortable, and clean. The humidor was well maintained with a strong selection. DJ even offered me a cut and light for my Hemingway Best Seller. Just an overall very courteous but totally totally unpretentious experience—which is exactly what a cigar shop should feel like. I'll be back!

My wife and I stumbled upon Cigar Factory during a visit to downtown Pensacola, and we're so happy we did. With a very welcoming atmosphere, interesting architecture and comfortable seating, it is easily the nicest cigar bar we have visited. DJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wide selection of cigars. He is also an artist behind the bar, making several fantastic cocktails for my wife. We definitely plan to come back.
