If the buns were as good as the service . They didnt taste like cinnabon buns . Got 4 of them and we all took a bite and said the same thing , did they change the recipe? I threw mine away and the other people left them in the car for about 3 days before throwing them away. The service was spectacular, only if they could put that into the buns 😉

This one employee ranya made me the best milkshake and even recommended me some great anime 14/10 employee, even better I told her that my family needed a baptism and she pulled out a kitty pool, blessed the water and baptized my ENTIRE family. Over all a above and beyond employee WOULDA RECOMMEND

I was there yesterday and I ordered a drink that I could not pronounce the name of it , so I said it the way I could and the two employees that attended me started laughing , the employee with curly black hair and glasses kept and kept laughing . Okay I get it I may have not said it correctly but it not allay for you employees to laugh and keep laughing . I would have said something to her but I have a really passive personality and I just looked at her , but she honestly made me feel bad . Even at the end when I was graving the drink she looked at me and gave me a smerk , I have worked in customer service all my life and that not how you treat a customer any one else would have yelled at her.

My daughter loves Cinnabon! And they usually taste delicious. Just paid $20 for a 16 count bon bond & I asked the lady if they were fresh cuz they were sitting in a box in the front. She said yes & shoved them in a bag. Opened them to eat them & tgey were cold & hard. Headed back to get Fresh ones! The lady’s attitude was very poor. Disappointed.
