Ordered four cinnamon rolls and three of the four rolls had barely any cinnamon on / in them. Very disappointed, usually they are very good but this time we weren't lucky.

In the downtown which is nice, and the staff were great. Emma was really kind. I tried the key lime cinnamon rule and it didn't disappoint. Also tried the brownie, it was a bit oily but still good. I have dietary restrictions and did not have any flare up from these treats ??I'd def come back for more

After spending too much money on a highly recommended, but lackluster restaurant experience, we weren’t expecting much here! We stopped in tonight after passing on dessert at the restaurant. It was our first time and we were not disappointed!We both had a classic cinnamon roll that was fresh from the oven and a cup of coffee. We agree that we’ve never had a better cinnamon roll!Indoor seating is limited. They may benefit from breaking the tables up into 4 tables of 2 rather than 2 tables of 4, but it did not negatively impact us.We made small talk with the staff and decided to add a cinnadoodle. Think snickerdoodle, but soft. It was warm and delicious!We will definitely be back!
I like to call Cinnaholic the Crumbl of cinnamon rolls! ?Looking for a unique take on dessert?Atmosphere: The shop is located in a small plaza in Downtown Pensacola (just a block away from Palafox) and provides a cute and clean space for customers to enjoy their sweets!Service: The workers here are quick to take down orders and to bring out the cinnamon roll of choice.Menu items: These cinnamon rolls come in a variety of different flavors + toppings that accommodate to all taste buds—rich chocolate to light and fruity! I got one of their fruity flavors with berries and coconut shavings on top! ??What I like most about this place is that they constantly rotate their menu with new, unique flavors. You can even build your own!
