Good coffee but man, I'm sick of hours being posted incorrectly on Google. Used to go every Wednesday from 8p to 9p but now they close at 8p, all week. If you're going to have seasonal hours, can't you just update Google to reflect it correctly for each season?

I'm a Door Dasher. I was just in there to pick up an order. I was there close to 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. I understand customers in the store get priority. But you don't have to ignore me. A simple "hi, we'll be right with you" would be nice.They, like a lot of restaurants these days, make you confirm you have picked up the order before they'll give it to you because they don't trust that the guy claiming to be the Dasher is actually going to do his job. However, I don't get to not trust them by being able to check the order before I mark that I have it because the bag is sealed. I have to trust them, but they don't have to trust me.Now, how this policy bit me in the butt today at this store is that the barista approached me with two bags and asked me to confirm the order, which I did. This tells Door Dash that I have everything and am on my way to the customer. Problem is that after I confirmed, the barista informed me that the order wasn't actually all there yet, something I would have known if I had been permitted to inspect the order myself, but I can't because the bag is sealed and even if it weren't the barista is instructed by her boss to refuse to give me the order until I confirm to Door Dash that I have it. So now, I've told Door Dash I'm in possession of an order that I'm not actually in possession of. I can't tell Door Dash "my bad, I don't have it". But the clock for me to deliver it is ticking.Unless this policy is abandoned I will never pick up a delivery from Coffee Guy ever again and you can bet I will be telling every other Door Dasher I meet to boycott orders from them as well. This policy screws over delivery drivers and we need to quit putting up with it.

Cecilia fitted me with a pair of glasses today. She was extremely helpful, being knowledgeable, experienced, & very well trained. In addition she was so courteous and patient. I wound up buying a second pair, sunglasses!! Thanks Cecilia!
I was really not impressed with this place. While standing in line we noticed the bagels were moldy. Service was very slow and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get the correct order. The coffee was tasteless -I suppose that's why they have so many sweet drinks, so the sugar masks the subpar espresso beans. The final straw was as we were leaving we noticed employees bringing in Costco muffin packs. I'm really excited to enjoy my repackaged Costco pastry with an 8x upcharge. This place seems more interested in selling their merch than actually making decent food or beverages. Next time I'm going to Starbucks.
