Cookout has some great food and at a great price, that being said, the service is horrendous. It's fast, but that's it, I have been here 5 times so far and each time I have had multiple things wrong with my order, I usually don't check my food or anything until I make it home so there's no point in complaining by the time I've gotten home and opened my food to realize something is wrong. They don't repeat your order back to you, most of the time you can't even understand what they are saying at the speaker box, just a bunch of mumbling. Either you guys need to hire new people who can actually communicate or retrain your current employees that work drive thru and take orders. I shouldn't have to worry about checking my food every single time I order but I guess if I eat here again that is what I will have to do. This last time they added bacon to my burgers and I didn't say anything about bacon and I'm allergic to pork, so there's that, they also somehow made a strawberry cheesecake shake when I asked for a caramel cheesecake shake, the receipt even says caramel cheesecake but they gave me a strawberry cheesecake, the two don't even sound the same. Highly upset with this last trip to cookout, that being said, this will probably be my last until something is done about their order accuracy.

Went to eat here, but there’s no dine in. So, that’s just a big no for me. Heard the food was decent though, I’m just not going to waste my time with this stupid type of business operation. When I’m out and about doing errands, I’m not in the mood to eat in my car I’ve been driving around in all day.

Someone said it's fair food and they weren't wrong but it ain't too bad. Still one of the better options for late nights this side of town sadly

Worse service ive ever had pull up to order in the second lane never have I eaten here so I told them I needed a minute to look over the menu and the whole time im getting rushed asking me to hurry up and order I was given my total twice before even being done with my order after ordering there is no clue introduction on where to pull too when your in the second lane so im sitting there confused and they yell at the window for me to pull around I pay for my food and get drinks that arent even mine asked for no ketchup and no tomato and all burgers had them food was decent other wise but the service was enough to make me not come back here

The woman at the drive thru for the overnights is insanely rude. She always rushes us through ordering, consistently getting our orders wrong. We have gotten to the point where we dont want to eat here unless we see she is not working. Tonight we had an issue with her rushing us to the window when we were not done ordering and then insisted that we could not order at the window. We told her that it was fine and we will go back around and order with the gentleman which is always very kind and pays attention. When we pulled back around she had intentionally put herself in the other drive thru speaker. We decided against eating there and went to whataburger instead.
