Myself and family went to dinner tonight. Everything was going pretty well until it came to the end of our meal. Our server was very sweet and did a great job. How it took nearly a hour for us to get our bills at which time we had been there 40 minutes past close. The manager did very little to help our server figure out how to properly split our bills. It seemed as if she knew less than the server. Once the bills came they were all wrong. Eventually the bills were some what right. We just accepted it because we were all just ready to go. When I went to pay the male manager tried to blame everyone on this poor girl who was busting her ass instead of taking responsibility not properly supporting his worker and not even understanding the system they had any more than she did. I will absolutely never eat here again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else.

shawna was great !! over the top bartender !! TOP TIER! i believe the owner or one of the managers name is Simon .. he’s very rude and always have an attitude towards his staff. as well as telling his staff that their weight isn’t healthy. he should maybe ask if their needing help with customers & not attacking the employees appearance. consider others feelings before you say certain things. lead by example 🫶🏽

We visit Cracking Crab on every visit to Navarre ! The waiters/waitresses are top-notch and check on you every few minutes. The Seafood Boil is so worth the money especially the "Specials". Our Granddaughter only eats the Crab Legs clusters, so this is the place to go! Well worth our drive into Pensacola!
