The food was good, but the eating experience was a bit messy. The food was in a steamer bag, (remember Jiffy Pop popcorn), but with seafood. It was a bit pricey but I liked it. I would recommend better gloves to eat with though. Mine kept trying to come off. Overall, worth the experience. 😉

We came for lunch with 4 children and 2 adults. The hostess informed us we would be charged an 18% gratuity fee. Strike 1... After being seated, a while after we were greeted in a lackluster fashion by our server, Jay. A common greeting involves asking the party if we have ever been to the restaurant and a brief overview of their specials and favorites. We were given none of the above.
The time between ordering and arrival of the food was not too bad. The temperature of the food was the issue but flavor was good so I didn't send it back. For the crab meat fries, the sauce could have been left off.
Overall I was with another party who chose this establishment but I won't be back. Choose wisely for your seafood experience.

An okay seafood place with a decent variety of items to choose from. I got shrimp, class and sausage, all the things I love. I messed up and didn't shake the bag to mix everything up, so not everything got all the seasoning. I asked for level 3 which is supposed to be fire. It tasted very mild to me. The shrimp seemed small. As did the clams. The sausage was my favorite part.
The service was great. Explained everything while giving her honest opinion. It helped me decide on what to get.
The lights were turned down too much for my liking.
I will return at least one more time to see if I can get the boil more spicy.

I really enjoyed the food. The presentation was good. The smell was savory. The seasoning was great. The King Crabs are not from Alaska. Therefore, I was offended by still being charged Alaskan prices for off brand King Crab clusters. I would return to dine here again. P.S. They give Veterans a discount!
