Ordered a cake for my best friends birthday. I was REALLY SPECIFIC about TASTE is the most important thing. The ‘vanilla’ buttercream (which I said add vanilla paste) tasted like sweet butter 😕 For $75 I expected a cake we would devour. 4 people tried it (a quarter) and we will throw away the rest. VERY DISAPPOINTED. 😔

I have had the quiche, croissants, bread etc. Riley helped me to design my husbands delicious and beautiful birthday cake (white almond cake, white almond buttercream frosting and blueberry compote filling). She even found a picture of his carrier for the cake and put the exact words I wanted on the cake. The cake was AMAZING 🤩. Thanks to Riley and all of the staff for amazing food and kindness. My go to place for breakfast, lunch, cakes, bread and pastry.
This is our go to place every single time we are in Pensacola. Everything over there is just perfect. Excellent pastry, coffee, service. The only sad thing is they are not opened daily

Great bakery. The staff was friendly and fast. The sourdough breads are truly outstanding. The Red Sea Sourdough is our go to. This trip we purchased the Saturday Special Jalapeno and Cheddar Sourdough and will definitely buy more. The breakfast menu looks delicious. We plan on doing breakfast soon.

Whether you live in Pensacola or are just visiting, this bakery is an absolute MUST to try! We drive 45 minutes multiple times per week to eat here. Everything is PHENOMENAL. Their sourdough bread is the absolute best you’ll find. Their chicken salad? To die for. All of their pastries and baked goods…so delicious! I haven’t tried their cakes but holy cow do they look divine. Highly recommend their avocado toast and their biscuits and gravy too. Everything here is fresh and top of the line ingredients are used. I saw them get a delivery of supplies and I can attest they cut no corners on their ingredients! There is just no other place that can duplicate or top this bakery.

I am a customer who comes here often and when I say this is my favorite place to eat i mean that! Everything is made fresh and you can certainly taste that. The sourdough is amazing and especially the avocado toast that I can’t stop getting. I really hope this place stays here forever and they don’t change the food. I have brought my whole family here when we get the chance to and it never disappoints anyone. For people saying the bread goes bad after a couple days .. that’s because it doesn’t have all the preservatives store bought bread does :) I recommend the sea salt sourdough , avocado toast, and biscuits and gravy.
