Craft Gourmet Bakery is a MUST! I’ve been drooling just thinking about it ever since the last finger swipe that scraped the remaining icing off my plate.
We arrived later in the day, and most of the goodies were already sold out (lesson learned—go early!). Feeling a little bummed, we were told to try their cinnamon bun as a substitute. We took it to my brother’s house (visiting from out of state), reheated it… and WOW. Worth every freaking penny.
It wasn’t dry at all—just the perfect balance of soft, sweet, and gooey perfection. We used an air fryer at 400°, but honestly, 325° until warmed through would do the trick.
My only regret? We only got one. If you’re a foodie like my husband and me, get two. Trust me—ordering only one of something this delicious could end marriages. 😂
I can’t wait to come back, try more items, and grab another cinnamon bun (or three) to go!

Ordered a cake for my best friends birthday. I was REALLY SPECIFIC about TASTE is the most important thing. The ‘vanilla’ buttercream (which I said add vanilla paste) tasted like sweet butter 😕 For $75 I expected a cake we would devour. 4 people tried it (a quarter) and we will throw away the rest. VERY DISAPPOINTED. 😔
I have had the quiche, croissants, bread etc. Riley helped me to design my husbands delicious and beautiful birthday cake (white almond cake, white almond buttercream frosting and blueberry compote filling). She even found a picture of his carrier for the cake and put the exact words I wanted on the cake. The cake was AMAZING 🤩. Thanks to Riley and all of the staff for amazing food and kindness. My go to place for breakfast, lunch, cakes, bread and pastry.
This is our go to place every single time we are in Pensacola. Everything over there is just perfect. Excellent pastry, coffee, service. The only sad thing is they are not opened daily

Great bakery. The staff was friendly and fast. The sourdough breads are truly outstanding. The Red Sea Sourdough is our go to. This trip we purchased the Saturday Special Jalapeno and Cheddar Sourdough and will definitely buy more. The breakfast menu looks delicious. We plan on doing breakfast soon.

This bakery done a wonderful job with my daughter’s birthday cake! Fully customized and the taste was superb! Also grabbed some of their fresh baked garlic and herb bread while in the store and it was phenomenal! Thanks again for the great service and attention to detail!
