Solid little museum cafe with sandwiches and an amazing ambiance for the location

The restaurant and museum were awesome! The service at the restaurant was not good. Our server was very laid back, and he only came to our table three times in our entire experience. After we received our food (which came out very quickly), we sat there for about 20 minutes with empty drinks. Our table was a 6-top beside the red devil statue. Other than the service, we were very pleased with our experience.

This is a great little place to get a quick bite to eat. However, we went for The Cuan Sandwich and they said they haven't had it in about 5 months. Heartbreaking because that was why we drove there in the first place. The selection is good and the prices are reasonable though. Please bring the Cuban Sandwich back!!!!

Cubi Bar Cafe is a great place to eat if you are in the museum. Service was fast and the server was nice. Food isn’t anything special. It’s good food but it’s not stellar.

Overall very good experience; they have more limited hours than the museum, so I never got the chance to try them until my last visit. The host was very prompt to seat us, we were seated in the front open section facing the museum; the interior section is much more interesting with decor. I’ll definitely come back when they are less busy to sit inside. The host did provide us menu’s, we began looking through and had our drink served by the waitress relatively quickly. They took our orders about ten minutes later, the food came out in good time. I had ordered the Cuban with chips. The sandwich was pretty good, better than expected honestly. It was packed with meat and flavor along with being the perfect size. The chips were a nice side, albeit premade bagged chips. I’ll give them credit for choosing quality chips. I would go back again definitely; I would just make sure to sit inside.

So authentic! The BEST Cuban sandwich I ever had! We are still talking about it!

Terribly long wait for sandwiches!! The museum forces you to eat here because they do not allow outside food. They should probably change that or provide faster, better food.
