If you order food on the Culver’s app, it tells you what time to pick your food up and it told me to pick mine up at 5:45, the manager Shaun (not sure about the spelling) at the Culver’s on Bayou said that they’d had the food ready since we ordered it which was 30 minutes prior because again the app gives you a time to pick the food up. I said “oh why did your app tell us to pick it up at 5:45 then” and he said he doesn’t know but it’s policy that they make the food as soon as they receive a ticket and he refused to make the food again, he said they don’t remake food. I was just blown away. He served us 30 minute old food and said he simply would not remake it even though the problem is on his end.

Double check your order! Incorrect order - missing onion rings & the pretzel bites were burnt. I called and they offered to replace the missing onion rings, not the pretzel bites. No napkins, or other condiments were included, but were requested.

She basically threw my tag in my car walking away and the milkshake ain't even blended, half melted. Not coming here again service has went downhill leading to this anyways

This was the worst Culver’s I have been to. My hamburger was only half way on the bun. I got mashed potatoes which was less than half full and they refused to put a topping on my sundae. No one is washing the tables after use. I went to the restroom after eating and one of the girls working behind the counter came out of a restroom and didn’t even wash her hands before going back to work! We will never go there again!! Not Culver’s usual ☹️

New kids at the counter took the order wrong. A small mistake, input fries instead of onion rings. We did not know that, of course, until the food made it to our table. Upon noticing the wrong food item, I took the fries to the counter for replacement with onion rings. Front counter crew squabbled over whether I should take fries back to my table or if they should be thrown into a special bucket. Eventually, they called me back to the counter to refund the cost of the fries. Then, they had me pay for the onion rings. I told them that this was their mistake and the normal response at most restaurants would be an apology for the mix-up and just an exchange of the two sides. The young man at the counter said the owner was back in the food prep area, and this was the way he told them to handle it.
Culver’s food is always tasty, but I will never be back at this one again.

Our experience at their drive-thru was nothing short of a nightmare on Sunday, September 28.

We paid for our food, but when it arrived, several items were missing that we paid for. When I politely pointed this out, they brought only part of the missing order. I called the manager to address the issue, and his response was shocking—he claimed he was not responsible for the mistake because a different employee did that (this is after he stated that he was the manager) and then hung up on me when I politely asked for Corporate’s contact information.

To make matters worse, the food we did receive made us extremely sick. I felt it necessary to report this to the health department.

This was an experience that was not only frustrating but also unsafe. Between poor customer service, a complete disregard for accountability, and serious food safety concerns, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the trouble—and the risk—and go somewhere else.

Some of the best fast food that can be had. Problem is it costs as much as a real restaurant and they're painfully slow. Not a safe place to grab lunch unless you're okay being late to work. Literally 27 minutes today.
