Ordered through uber eats but this rating is for Culver’s only. Ordered a kids meal burger and upon taking the first bite , a long hair was discovered. Naturally another bite wasn’t taken. It’s disappointing that Uber wasn’t able to refund that meal and can’t find a way to contact Culver’s through the uber eats app so I am making this rating on their website. Don’t get me wrong, we love Culver’s and eat there all the time but come on guys pay attention and assure us that we will be getting top notch food. That order was rather pricey. Now I’ve got to go get something else to replace that burger.

Your employees should not have to ask to go to the restroom and then told to "hold it" smh. Also why are the employees forced to stand outside in the rain to take orders in the cold. Seems more like a plantation atmosphere which results in poor customer service. Also didn't see any sanitizer anywhere in the restaurant employees never wash their hands not once. Someone or several individuals definitely needs to be humbled and re-trained on how to run a healthy business.

Food is usually good, customer service varies on day, and if you go through drive through with more than 2 meals definitely check your order before you leave.
I came in last week and the manager that was helping me I think his name was Shawn made subjective comments towards my appearance and made me feel completely uneasy and unsafe personally I will not be coming back to this

Always a team member each time I go that goes above and beyond to be of service to us...this time our cashier was 3 days in her training and they have hired the right one with MK! Thanks for your friendliness and your eccentric personality

After driving and making it home at night, noticed burgers I had orders clearly were wrong and when I called to ask respectfully for a discount, being a familiar customer. I was told by management to drive all the way back to the store to return my food and was the only solution. Now with that being said and having experience myself in the customer food service industry, that is how you loose customers. I had a recipe along with picture if needed of the mistake and was told to still drive back to store at that moment in order for the problem to be fixed. Lastly quality of the burger was sloppy. Not happy with my latest experience @ Mobile Hwy.

I didn't like the service, the person at the drive-thru just kept flatly saying "what else? what else?"
It was my first time coming to Culver's and I won't be back. I wanted a single butterburger and a small pumpkin pie shake. I'm not sure if that's what I got since I realized later that the receipt says deluxe and a medium shake. My husband got a spicy chicken sandwich and cheese curds.
The food was just average to me, husband liked his sandwich though.
