What place does not have very good service ice machine was out of ice I got a vanilla ice cream it just tastes plain plain like ice didn't really taste like vanilla and I also got cheese curds and they were just hard chewy and sour tasting when I tried to complain about it they didn't really do me any refunds or retries the only thing that was all right with my sandwich

Went into this location at 3pm last Thursday. Super clean, nice staff. See all the pretty cakes in the freezer, decide last minute to buy a cake for a birthday I was going to that night. Asked if my sons could pick it up in an hour as I was in the middle of errands and couldn’t carry an ice cream cake with me. They were beyond accommodating. They even personalized it for me by frosting “Happy Birthday —-“ on it. It was so last minute and the staff was soooo nice and really made the whole experience so pleasant. I will definitely be returning! Btw-the cake was DELICIOUS. It had crunchies all through the middle. 🤤🤤🤤 Great service, super clean store, yummy food (I got a combo meal and a shake, the cake was an impulse buy because they looked so pretty in the display and were VERY reasonably priced), above and beyond service. 10/10 totes recommend. 💛🥳

The staff is trashy and unprofessional. I also watched them carelessly make other people food in that were going through the drive thru. They play in the back and move almost disrespectfully slow like they are entitled to the job no matter how they act or how fard they work. They also are sassy, smug, and play petty games with doordashers. It really just seemed like they were trying to be cute and show off in front of each other. Like they were on their last straw, but there was no one in there to keep them busy so I don't see what they were so frustrated about. Its took them around 30 minutes to get me 2 blizzards with absolutely no explanation for why. And when the order was completed they held it in the back and told me to go repark my car before they will give it to me. Like just handing it to me and saying "u cant park there is that hard. And that one black girl came out of nowhere acting all trashy and sassy like the old chick. Pay them more so they dont have time for this crap or get a less childish staff. Cause they obviously dont need the job as much as they need to 1 up random people that are helping the place they work complete orders as a side gig. Making my job longer and hard just makes DQ look bad when the customer gets melted blizzards and cold food. But that nonchalantly and condescending energy had no place in the service industry. Either this is encouraged by management or handled my management. No in between.

Came in 11/16/2024, evening. This has got to be the BEST DQ in the P’cola area. Always clean, happy employees, great food, music is uplifting. Thank you, a smile and great attitude goes a long way!

After receiving the most disgusting stale ice cream cone I came to read the reviews. It seems this is a common problem for this Dairy Queen. It’s sad when you get your children excited for ice cream and they can’t even eat the cone after paying over $24 and trying to do something nice for your kids. Next time we will go to Marble Slab or heck even McDonald’s at this point has better quality food. Very disappointed. I loved going to Dairy Queen as a child with my dad and it was a tradition the moment he came in from being deployed we would celebrate with a DQ ice cream cone. That has then made me want to share that joy and happiness with my children but every time we go here (and obviously other people as well) the cones are stale. Please care about food quality your customers spend their hard earned money on.
