I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. The bartender appeared to be intoxicated while on duty, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about professionalism and safety. Service throughout the visit was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional.
What made the situation worse was that I was simply trying to close out my tab. It took over 30 minutes to get my card back, with little to no communication during the wait. That is an unreasonable amount of time for something that should take minutes.
Management should be aware of this situation and take it seriously. Allowing staff to work while impaired and failing to monitor basic service standards reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I hope this is addressed, because experiences like this drive customers away.

Came to practice pool with my son. We really enjoyed our pool time and started working up an appetite. We ordered the $8 cheese tots. We were only able to laugh when we saw what we received. Come to play but I advise eating before.
