Management really needs to get their head back on their shoulders. The employees are clearly trying their best, but when the restaurant is so unprepared and understocked, just dont take mobile orders. Our order came in a mix match of take out containers and saran wrap, the bag was a greasy mess, cross contamination between take out boxes and there was missing items. Unacceptable to actually send out like this.

Not a very good visit today
Country fried steak... no gravy
Ordered wheat toast...got white...after I had already finished eating
People were leaving due to the very slow service...wasn't even busy
One customer had to ask for utensils
Another asked for the pancakes he ordered t hat didn't come

This place needs help, badly. My family and I went here and it was not busy at all when we arrived. I've been here multiple times with family and each time there is something they don't have, even though they are directly across from a Walmart and someone could go grab the missing item. The server, Cicey, wouldn't let me have the pancakes i wanted because she felt the bananas weren't good enough for her to eat so....
She could have just told the kitchen to leave them off since there was other fruit that was supposed to be on the pancakes. I received my order minus my pancakes ( I got different from what I wanted) and it took tracking her down to get those cold pancakes. Never got another cup of coffee even though was promised some. Me and my family were effectively forgotten. Had to track her down for the check too. I will say most of the time the food is decent when they have all their supplies. The service needs tons of help. I took no pictures of my food since I had to wait so long for the completion of my order. Do better Dennys.

Worst experience started at the door CARMEN acted like she was from outerspace. Got orders wrong. when I asked what was this(supposed to be hard scrambled eggs), she looks at puzzled,and just walks off. SHE PUT THE WRONG ORDE IN!! BEFORE THAT, she served coffee, we had to ask for cream and spoons... she forgot about that,.also forgot about the water we already asked. The when I ask her name, she tries to get loud!! NOT TODAY.
The manager DUSTIN (bless his heart)worked so hard to de-escalate the situation. I don't blame him at all. He even offered to give me a discount, I told him, don't worry about a discount. I just wanted food. I let him know the we would never come back. im not mad with him, he tried.

Yes, it's very poor here.The food they did not have the right food.We had to take french toast instead of the pancakes.Because they were out of the pancakes.Mix, this is the worst we have ever seen at denny's.We are very displeased with the service.The waitress and the cook.They're not involved.It's the management.That's at fault.If you don't have the food, you need to close the doors, thank you.

Low staffed, never received a coffee refill, bacon was under cooked, and we need a clean syrup lid was stuck. Took almost 20 minute to bring a new one. Just never going back. Some birthday breakfast.

We went there last night on 11/6 of 25 and when we first got there we ordered drinks the drink machine was messed up they all came back wrong first time then we asked for milkshakes and the milkshake machine was down so we just kept the drinks we went through three different sets of drinks before they finally brought us something that tasted decent and what we had to do was not use anything from the fountain machine we had to get apple juice. Then on top of that me and my wife loved is actually nachos and we both ordered zesty nachos and after almost 10 minutes of waiting she come back and told us we don't have the meat for the zesty nachos order something else so I ordered a burger my wife ordered a burrito breakfast burrito when she got hers the eggs were dry the meat was hard the burrito had no liquid to it at all except for the stuff they give you to dip it in my mother is elderly and has dentures and they gave her bacon while she was trying to eat it she was afraid she was going to crack her teeth and it sounded like chewing on glass and my burger I don't know how I got the barbecue Bourbon Burger and it only had about a tenth of a teaspoon of barbecue sauce on it the bun was harder than a rock but cold and the meat was tiny and look like they took a meatball and smashed it out and into a hamburger penny. The server came back two or three times and she looked unkempt like she hadn't showered in days and smoke two packs a day and she asked us several times was everything okay and we told her no each time then I asked for barbecue sauce to dip my fries in and she brought me something that literally tasted like swine urine I tried putting surf in it to make it taste better my wife tried it and almost puked because she's pregnant and after all of this bad experience the server got mad because we didn't tip and she charge just full price for everything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Denny's and I will never go to that location again. Try your luck somewhere else even waffle House is better.

As my very first visit to a Denny's ever I have to say that the chicken is phenomenal I have it as my favorite top 4 out of 15 restaurants that I have ever been to. I appreciate the wonderful staff for an amazing experience

Ignored for quite sometime before being seated.
No silverware until I asked for it. A glass of water would be nice.
Stop buying cheap coffee from Louisiana. Tooo much hickory. Have to add salt to make it drinkable.

Took forever to get our food that we placed an hour and a half ago for pickup they kept saying “45 minute wait” because they were so “busy” but the lobby had no more than 20 people.
