Mel saved the day! We were seated in the back dining room close to the pizza oven, and waited 10 - 15 minutes for someone to serve us. One server, Mel, waited on three tables around us but did not wait on us. I snagged her and asked who our server was. She proceeded to wait on us conscientiously and admirably. Another couple left because whoever was assigned to both of our tables did not wait on us.
And... Our pesto pizza with added bacon was delicious!!

Got a Half Margarita/ Half Americano for takeout and it has to be the best pizza I’ve had in a VERY LONG time!!! Crust is amazing, cheese is amazing, and the garlic oil was a perfect dipping sauce to finish off the crusts with!

Cancelled my order and did not reach out to inform me. Restaurant was still open, order placed at 9:30 and did not prep nor have my food and and I drove 20 minutes. No cancellation message or money back in my account. I have to reach out to management for a refund the next day. Terrible!

We went there to eat after the place was highly recommended by a Pensacola resident, and we were highly disappointed. The pizza was okay, but it wasn’t anything special and was super “floppy” and difficult to pick up and eat. We went there to eat on Sunday evening, October 13th and were seated in the back room. Two fellows came in drunk and started talking to a couple across the room from them at another table. F-bombs were dropped constantly and the room was loudly taken over by the four. One couple asked them politely to calm down and were met with terrible disrespect. These clowns were so loud that people in the other dining room started staring as well. The manager was called and she appeared for a moment, but she did nothing. It was sad and ridiculous. The food is expensive for what it is, too. It was a bad night for us.

Unfortunately I live on reviews before doing or trying something I rely on other people's experiences. I have read many positive reviews about this pizzeria, but as an Italian I can't say the same! disappointed by this pizza which is called "Neapolitan pizza" burnt very hard dough and seasoning that made it salty. I'm sorry I wasn't satisfied!

Best pizza we have found!!!! We drive from an hour away just for this pizza. Napolitana pizza is a science and they’ve nailed it. If you like Pizza Hut kind of garbage you won’t like this authentic pizza but if you’re a pizza snob, this is the real deal.
