Literally the best restaurant in Pensacola. I never review any places, but you need to go here. Never had any food as good as they serve here. Try the tomato soup.

My husband and I are huge Indian cuisine lovers! Every chance we get we try a new place in our travels. This week we are in Pensacola so we tried Dinner India for dinner, we were blown away!! I always get the lassi with my Indian dinner and their mango was perfect. Their tomato soup had the perfect heat, definitely recommend. The chicken mo mo had a stronger kick than expected but was paired with a tasty sauce. I always get a chicken Tikka masala and asked for spicy 4 and it didn't disappoint, my taste buds were on fire in all the best ways! Delicious! Lamb Tikka masala is what my husband always goes for and he was so happy with his spicy 4 too. The garlic naan was perfectly crunchy too! We loved every single thing about our date night here.
Thank you for a delish meal!! Oh and the fun music videos on the TV too 🙂

This is such a nice restaurant! Clean, cheerful and with WONDERFUL food. So far we haven't found anything that wasn't fresh, delicious and healthy! The spice mixes are interesting and delicious and just spicy enough to add a little heat (we always order mild) which enhances the flavor. The service is friendly and atmosphere is fun with Indian music videos to entertain. It really is our favorite in Pensacola since we discovered it. Prices are very reasonable, food quality is great, portions are generous ( as seniors we always bring half the food home with us).
The menu explains what the dishes are.
For anyone who hasn't tried this place, I recommend a trip.....

Not a good service at all. The server did not come to check on us for a long time. The food came very late. When we asked for things the server would leave without saying anything. They counted 15% tip on us even though proper service was not provided. Naans were also burnt.
Simple but pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent! We had the Samosa Chat as an appetizer, good for 2. I had the lamb kadai and Jen had the chicken shahi korma with level 3 spice. Very tender and tasty with good spices. We only ate half, so lunch today will be a bonus. With only one lady handling everything it took 10 minutes of so to get our box and bill to leave. We will definitely go back from Orange Beach.
The food at Dinner India is fantastic! I've eaten Indian food in New York City, London and Mumbai, and this is the best I've ever had - right here in Pensacola! I've been eating at Pensacola's more well-known Indian restaurant, but no more. Dinner India is amazing. (Not commenting on service or atmosphere as I have only eaten take-out.)
