Dirty Dough offers consistently delicious cookies with a perfect balance of flavors. The cookies have a nice crunch on the outside and a soft center, just the way they should be made. Despite not being a fan of sweets, one customer was pleasantly surprised by the not overly sweet taste. The customer service is excellent, with a special shoutout to Alycia for making the pickup experience seamless and enjoyable. The only improvement suggested is better online descriptions of the cookie flavors.
