This place is amazing! I didn’t get the names of the two girls who were there today, October 4 2024 around 1pm but they were so kind and friendly!! I’d been to another well known cookie place a few times but there is always a long wait and the staff seem miserable. Not here though! The place was very clean and their cookies are just amazing. We had the chocolate chip, brookie, cookies and cream, and two of the specialty cookies. They were warm, fresh, and really hit the spot.

The cookies are excellent! The people are always friendly, however in my most recent visit, I ordered a shake. I watched an employee drop what she was doing with my shake 4 times to instead help make orders for customers that were placed after mine. I watched people who weren’t even in the store when I ordered get helped and received their order before mine was ever finished being made.
I literally watched the ice cream scooped and sitting on the counter in the blender for like 5 minutes.
Would appreciate in the future if the store would serve people in the order they came in instead of bypassing orders.

A little pricey but the customer service and cookies were great! The girl working was very helpful and answered all our questions.
Usually have good experiences here, but last night was not. Cookies were slapped together and made me incredibly ill. Not sure if there was contamination or what. But disappointing only ate a couple bites for 28.00 on cookies it was just not up to par :(

We just moved to the Pensacola area and this was one of the places on my list to visit and it did not disappoint!! All cookies we chose were sooooo delicious, I had a hard time picking just one. The lady running it was so sweet in helping the kids choose their cookies. Will definitely be going back soon!
