Domino's Pizza in Pensacola

“Oscar was my delivery driver tonight and deserves this praise! It might seem minor but he really made my night. I ordered cinnamon twists with my order and was given garlic sauce instead of icing and he made sure I got my icing, PERSONALLY. Honestly he could have relied on the store to find a way for me to get the right sauce and went about his night but he didn’t and for that i am thankful!!“

“Loooong day on a Saturday evening at 9pm and realized we hadn’t eatin. Ordered from Dominoes and the delivery and pizza was very good. The delivery driver (forgot his name) was very cordial and polite. Thank you guys for such good service and food!!“

“This Domino's continues to serve excellent pizza that not only competes with any other Perdido Key Pizza restaurant, it's better and cheaper. Seriously. 30 years ago in New Orleans before I moved here, we used to laugh at Domino's Pizza being cheese on rubber. Not at this location. “Ryan is wonderful! I was helping with an order for a UWF event; we placed the order online, and then Ryan called to make sure we knew about all of the promotions our order was eligible for. Totally made my day and makes me want to call this Domino's every time we need to feed some people! I hope your managers see this and know what a rockstar you are, Ryan! 😁“

“A order here frequently. I live nearby less than 5 minutes for the most part. They get it right. Unless there's a young crew working there then they're going to mess up. Or act like they don't have any common sense. Weird and strange. However, the older gentleman that works there that is a manager. He does an amazing job!“

“I order from 9th Ave often. The food is always done on time, pleasantly palatable, and the service is exceptional. I don't even like pizza that much but on those nights I can't decide what to eat, I know I'll at least have a pleasant experience going to dominoes!“

“Excellent food but I had to go to the store and get a Manager to help me make the online order on my phone because the website would not work. In a situation like that when the website doesn't work a Manager should be allowed to apply the discount instead of making the customer suffer. Computers have taken over everything so everything was great with the exception of having to go to the store and get the Manager to help me place the order just so I could get the discount. Very inconvenient as I had to stop work early to beat the carry out closing time since the website wouldn't work when both my wife and I tried to order our pizza ourselves.“

“11/8/2025- Order was perfect and fast/ this has nothing to do with this location’s service, but the new online interface was really confusing and had loading issues. My tip for delivery wasn’t reflected on my final automized receipt or online receipt.
Finally found it in my email receipt, but still felt weird that my driver couldn’t see that id tipped him online. Hopefully not a glitch and he got it, he definitely deserved it!! Could be nothing, just looking out.

I’ve been ordering from here for a few years- this team is beyond amazing. The cooks always get it right and my delivery drivers are always incredible. Especially tonight - I’ve had this driver several times and their customer service is exceptional. 10/10“
