Domino's Pizza in Pensacola

“I ordered it online and I didn't include the coupon so when the order was processed it was more than I intended to spend so I had to call and cancel the order when I called the East Cervantes Domino's Pizza establishment the employee helped me with my new order I received this new order in a timely fashion and the service was awesome the pizza was great I would like to say thank you I really needed a pizza in my life today“

“This Domino's continues to serve excellent pizza that not only competes with any other Perdido Key Pizza restaurant, it's better and cheaper. Seriously. 30 years ago in New Orleans before I moved here, we used to laugh at Domino's Pizza being cheese on rubber. Not at this location. “Oscar was my delivery driver tonight and deserves this praise! It might seem minor but he really made my night. I ordered cinnamon twists with my order and was given garlic sauce instead of icing and he made sure I got my icing, PERSONALLY. Honestly he could have relied on the store to find a way for me to get the right sauce and went about his night but he didn’t and for that i am thankful!!“

“Service would defiantly get more than 5 stars id avaliable.
Needed 8 pizzas for our scout troop, and the assigned leader didn't call ahead. They got them ready quickly, and offered the additional plates and napkins before we could even ask.
Defiantly recommend this location.“

“Never an unfriendly employee here. Food is always the fastest and the best. Had a mishap for the first time with a pepperoni/pineapple situation (easy mistake) but Ruben, quickly and gladly corrected it for me. Favorite pizza location for sure. Cowabunga dudes!!“

“Anthony cooks the absolute best food. I am extremely pleased. Give him a raise. Parker was so friendly when he came to deliver my food, so up his pay too. There were a couple others on the staff who were amazing as well. Not 1 bad experience. I'll definitely continue to patronize this location as long as these good ppl are there! Good customer service and consistency is hard to find and they been bring it!!!“

“Everytime I visit, the staff is very friendly. They always make my pizza accurately and with care. Everything is always hot, fresh, delicious, and crispy. With their $9.99 large any topping deal, the value cannot be beat!

I heat up my leftovers in the air fryer the next day and my pizza taste like its fresh and has the same crunch“

“11/8/2025- Order was perfect and fast/ this has nothing to do with this location’s service, but the new online interface was really confusing and had loading issues. My tip for delivery wasn’t reflected on my final automized receipt or online receipt.
Finally found it in my email receipt, but still felt weird that my driver couldn’t see that id tipped him online. Hopefully not a glitch and he got it, he definitely deserved it!! Could be nothing, just looking out.

I’ve been ordering from here for a few years- this team is beyond amazing. The cooks always get it right and my delivery drivers are always incredible. Especially tonight - I’ve had this driver several times and their customer service is exceptional. 10/10“
