We usually have a good experience, but this last visit was incredibly disappointing. The pizza was barely made correctly—they literally only put cheese on about a quarter of the pizza. It was not up to their usual standards. If you’re ordering from here, make sure to check your pizza before you leave to avoid the same frustration.

Pizza tastes like a piece of shoe sole. It was just delivered. But you can't chew it. The dough is too tough. Parmesan bites. They've never been this bad. They're made from old sour dough, they didn't rise in the oven.They spread out and stuck together into one piece.

Food is fine but last time I went through the drive through I spent an hour waiting after my estimated time. Only two cars infromt of me ND took 25 to get to the window. Then when I got to the window the girl DROPPED my cheesy bread infront of me. I asked her to just take it off my bill but she said she can't and said she would have a new one out in ten minutes. I pulled around and watched as the bread came put in 20 but the girl stood there and talked to her coworkers for TWENTY more minutes before bringing it to me and had a horrible attitude when she handed it to me. Horrible experience.

Order deliver estimated 40 minutes. Called at 55 minutes and was put on hold for another 5 minutes. I called back and was told that my order was about to leave the store. Manager Abby refused to come to the phone to issue me a requested refund. and said to tell me “she would do it later.” That’s not the way to make things right. Unacceptable

Like most other reviews I am another dissatisfied customer of this dominos. Slow delivery, never within the quoted timeframe and cold food. Complain and you get a free medium pizza. I don’t want a free medium pizza. I want a hot fresh pizza delivered in the quoted time frame. I’ll just go somewhere else! Bad because I normally like dominos for delivery

I normally order from this Domino's. We order 2-3 times/month from this Domino's. Tonight's delivery was the WORST experience I've ever had! My pizzas took an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. Their pizza tracker was stuck on quality check for 25 minutes. Based the quality of the pizza, there's no way this was accurate. When I called the store at an hour and thirty minutes, they apologized to me but said that this wait time was "normal," and that my pizzas would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I was not offered any discounts or refunds. When the pizza arrived it subpar even by Domino's standards. This will probably be my last time with this Domino's.
