I ordered a specialty pizza for my birthday, I went to the store to pick it up, they put the wrong ingredients on the pizza I tried to tell them not to charge my card, they charged it, I gave them back the pizza and they tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes for a new one. I asked for the managers name and the little girl said it was her. I asked for my money back, they wouldn’t even apologize, condescending and rude, Will not be back to this incompetent establishment.

I ordered it online and I didn't include the coupon so when the order was processed it was more than I intended to spend so I had to call and cancel the order when I called the East Cervantes Domino's Pizza establishment the employee helped me with my new order I received this new order in a timely fashion and the service was awesome the pizza was great I would like to say thank you I really needed a pizza in my life today

I previously had given this Dominos a 1-star review due to constant errors and issues and stopped ordering for over six months.
Recently I placed an order again for the first time since then and everything was perfect. Before updating my review I waited until I placed an additional order.
They seem to have gotten their stuff together and everything is great now.

Dominos has lost a customer. I ordered a simple large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers and extra cheese. I paid with PayPal so I could just grab it and go at the window. When I picked the pizza up, I was asked to sign the receipt; which was as obvious try at a tip. I’m sorry, you don’t get a tip for handing me the food I drove to pick up. I don’t tip at McDonald’s drive through window either. When I got home the pizza was very disappointing. No extra cheese and literally 6 small banana pepper rings. Needless to say, not all the slices got a banana pepper ring. On the plus side, the pizza was round. There has been other issues in the past, but this was the last straw. There are 4 other pizza establishments within the same driving distance that will now be getting my business.
Horrible experience! The pizza was in "Quality Check for over 40 minutes and delivered COLD and HARD in an hour. Still tipped the driver $5 because it wasn't her fault, it was poor management.

We usually have a good experience, but this last visit was incredibly disappointing. The pizza was barely made correctly—they literally only put cheese on about a quarter of the pizza. It was not up to their usual standards. If you’re ordering from here, make sure to check your pizza before you leave to avoid the same frustration.
