Kenzie was incredibly sweet to us. We had accidentally not sent in the order and she was extremely patient, kind and understanding and gave us great recommendations. Her coworkers also greeted us when we entered and exited. Better service at a dominos than many other sit down restaurants. Very impressed with Kenzie and her customer service. Such a sweet person! Lucky to have her on your team!

I ordered buffalo wings and it was nothing but chicken fat and a drizzle of sauce :(I ordered on a Saturday night so they probably rushed it but it was still disappointing. Delivery guy was nice

We got a BBQ pan pizza & build your own pasta, food was excellent but the man who took my phone order went above and beyond to get my order correct! People don't care like that in alot of job settings. I'm sad I didn't catch his name so I could let the store know what an awesome employee they have. Thank you for your kindness to a stranger!!

Spent 50 bucks on pizza, ordered a salad when we received it the lettuce was completely Brown spoke to the manager Avery and was definitely not satisfied with his reply they will not get another dime of our money...the health department should be notified.....

This is the best Domino’s. Absolutely love their quality and customer service. Funnily enough, this was the Domino’s that made me a customer again after previous bad experiences. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough for cheap, easy pizza.Edit: Robert is one of the best employees a company could have working for them, his customer service secured my business. I hope management recognizes the value of this employee!

Best dominos I've been to outside Vegas. Robert is a awesome manager that cares about his customers, and it shows. Normally I eat at Papa johns or something when I live in an area and want fast food pizza. This dominos is the best in Pensacola imo, and crushes the other fast food pizza places.

Hey mgmt! Fix your %$#@& website so a person can order online!!! This is my second attempt in 2 weeks. Horrible mgmt. Horrible location. Horrible!! I am done with this place. The company now has a foreign call center they use to take orders. The people barely speak English. You can't pick up and call local? Ridiculous. Second time they've ruined my evening over their pathetic service. Good riddance. And BTW? The positive reviews are fake, generated by employees and friends. Nice try.

Thank you for feeding me tonight; the pizza was excellent, as always! But the Parmesan bites were so fluffy, and after a full day of work and college, I am super grateful for this fantastic delivery of carbs to my overworked existence. Also, a super big shout out to Ethan for being my knight in shining armor and actually finding my seamstress cave location like a true champion of justice. Without you, I would be lost entirely without the carbs I deeply craved, thanks to a Dominos commercial while I was binge-watching Brooklyn 99.You guys are my heroes!

Ordered one other time before and did let them know the pizza was way undercooked.Ordered again tonight and the same thing, literally inedible unless we want to be sick. Will be ordering elsewhere for pizza from now on.

Mgmt, do you even care about the product going out of the business? I understand things have gotten more expensive and I'm not complaining about things costing more really. My problem is quality. If I paid less years ago and had quality, then why do I pay more w/ less quality. I don't get that. Quality shouldn't be the same, it should be BETTER. My gosh. The ratings on this store are horrible. If I were mgmt, my goal would be to get that rating to 5 star. Do you realize the promotions that come with turning a store around for the better? Manage your employees and how they produce what you sell. I ordered an XL Brooklyn cheese pizza. Probably the easiest thing on the menu. When I opened the box, the receipt was thrown on top! So much for COVID and the regulations behind sanitary conditions, not that I was into that but the looseness now of what people are doing is so careless. The pizza was ok but not worth $17 bucks. Give me a reason please to spent this kind of money w/ you rather than somewhere else. What sets you apart? From this pizza, not much. I could have gotten something really amazing at Sky.
