The lady I spoke with on the phone is very nice. I wanted to make sure I had the right Domino's bc I ordered my husband lunch today ,bc he could not leave work . So I never ordered pizza for a business before. But I called to make sure I got it right. While I was on the phone with her the pizza was already being delivered to my husband. Thank you for being so nice to me when I called. He said the pizza was very good fresh and hot. Great job domino's on 98.

I'm visited this restaurant. I did some takeout. I did the buy two or more for $6.99 and got four pizzas. Whenever I went into the store I greeted the person behind the counter and I told them that I was going to pay half with cash and have them my card. So I gave them half of the money and told them to take the difference off the card. The young lady that was behind the counter. She seemed like she was new so she called for help from one of the other associates in the store. One of the other associates came up. Looked at the computer for a little bit. She couldn't figure out what was going on or how to work the computer so she brushed the problem off on to somebody else who was just coming on to the clock. So I had to explain my whole situation over to them again because whatever she did in the system she was supposed to take half. She took double the amount so they had to refund me the difference with cash and by that time my pizza was sitting on the counter for so long. It wasn't even that hot as it should been so I just ended up getting rid of it and went to Walmart and bought some frozen pizzas to put into the oven. If I knew that was going to occur I would have never even went there and spent that amount of money. Customer service needs to line up with the quality of the food and vice versa so that the customer is happy.

2 stars because the pizza tasted good, but holy smokes, complete and utter disorder at this Domino's location. The establishment was full of people waiting for takeout orders 30-45 minutes longer than estimated, phone ringing nonstop, Domino's employees wandering aimlessly, flustered yelling, and a total lack of management or process. Yikes.

Just ordered a pizza about an hour ago. Pizza never showed up. Checked online and said it was delivered, so I went outside and it was nowhere to be found. Apparently some kid from an Alabama store was out delivering for a Pensacola store, which wouldn't be an issue if he knew how to use a basic map and get the pizza to the correct house. Order with caution
