The worst service all three times I been there. They never answer the phone. If it’s someone in the drive thru pickup line that has an issue they won’t ever comeback to the window. Spoke to the manager about this location on Pace Blvd charging my card for a delivery order and they don’t even deliver out there. So I came to the store to pickup the order and they never made the order but chose to be rude to me. I wish it was away to upload photos of these two resent pizzas 🍕 I purchased. They literally put one Italian sausage per slice on a large two topping. Then one bacon on the other bacon w/extra cheese. I went through the drive through once they don’t take large bills. So I told the guy I’ll be back. I drove to the bank, deposited the cash, and went back but it was another customer yet again with an issue as well. The customer brought the whole pizza back with only one bite off only one slice literally. The guy was going back and forth with the customer instead of just remaking it. I went through the drive thru 3 times and calling trying to get them to come back to the window. This place a joke to franchise. Not to mention the lobby was closed. I hope someone from corporate or something responds to me. From the horrible customer service to the not getting what you paid for is ridiculous. If that crew don’t like their job then find another. Please reach out to me. I took photos also. If I could give no stars I would.

Well, we have to go with one star on everyday cause.So far, 2 hours after ordering.I've still not received a pizza.It's been ensuring the deliciousness for the last hour and 20 minutes.The store refuses to answer a telephone call to explain anything or provide any kind of customer service.I've dealt with Domino's a long time.This is absolutely the worst experience ever

We have been ordering from this location consistently for a couple of years but something has changed in the last half a year or so. Maybe they are trying to skimp on ingredients due to inflation because a medium pizza with an original crust is not what it used to be. It's flat and dried out. Low on bread, low on sauce, low on cheese. I don't know how a new york style can be any thinner given how sparse and crackerlike the original has gotten. We will probably switch away from dominoes to another chain like papa johns or little ceasars because the quality has dropped so much. This has been consistent across the last three orders or so over months. Dried out, not filling. I don't think it is really 1600 calories for a medium. I can hardly get satiated.

Ordered at 8:02PM. 30 minutes ago, I called and the operator said my order has been fulfilled, left the building, and should be delivered in a few minutes. Order never arrived. Now, when I call, operator says it cannot find an order belonging to my number and no one is answering the phone. Not sure what happened but a little disappointed, have to make other last minute dinner plans.

Went in there to order me cheesy bread 8.00 it fell out the oven on the floor. wait for another one to be cooked .ended up being charged $18 for a pizza I didn't an order. What the heck

The manager was very rude when I asked him about why there was an extra cheese on my pizza when I paid for it. And he told me it comes with 3.5 ounces of cheese and he doesn’t know what to tell me and turned around and walked off. He was very dismissive and rolled about the situation. And my pizza was also cold and my wings were not done. I will never go back to this location again!

I ho to this Domino's whenever I'm thinking of my late mother. She loved their pizza and I feel as if she's enjoying a slice with me when I get a pie from there. Pepperoni, bacon, chicken mushrooms and tomatoes with light Alfredo sauce.
