Drowsy poet is one of my favorite coffee spots and I have never had issues. Service and food is always great. But I went to the airport location and asked for a regular size and the lady with the face piercing was very condescending. I said regular instead of saying medium. She seemed aggravated when I asked about what size the drinks were. Her mannerisms were not nice and she seemed inconvenienced to have to explain them to me. I’m sorry all these coffee shops have different ways of saying their sizings. It was off putting and I don’t know if her attitude went into the drink but it was not as good as it usually is. I hope her day gets better. The other girl working was very nice though! 7/8/25 8am

Whatever girl that's working there right now (dark colored SUV)is slower than damn Christmas... I've been there 2 different times now where I've waited in line for 10 minutes then left out of frustration and went right down the road to PJs. Seriously,, if you're only gonna have one employee scheduled then they need to have a sense of urgency,, this girl is just casually talking more than making damn coffee. I'm so pissed right now.

Man this place is awesome, the fact that this place has the same rating as "coffee shop" Coffee Guy makes my Pensacolian heart hurt. The coffee is straight up amazing, and the hiring is just as good! Shout out to Brandi, the best barista in P'cola. Y'all keep doing what you're doing! Be sure to check out any of the Drowsy Poet locations, this one is just a drive thru, if you're looking to sit down there is a location on Brent lane!

Used to live in Pensacola... Only place I'll stop when I come back to visit. Always super fast service with great menu selection that rotate. Highly recommend the Salted Pumpkin Cold Brew in the Fall.
