I first want to say the crew of ladies got the drive thru down very quickly. But it was not a good welcome back to Dunkin today, customer service was terrible they left my sandwich out of the bag and then proceeded to look all skeptical as if I was lying. Of course in this economy that made me the most upset. I hate to do bad reviews but this was awful! The only bright side is I have an app on my phone that I can delete.

I got to the drive through at 8:08 and it took them 20 minutes to give me 2 iced drink and one donut. They work extremely inefficiently. When i got my drinks they weren’t full and they weren’t what i asked for.

I’m a regular here, and for the past around 8 times I’ve gone they’ve forgotten something, and I’m usually pretty lenient, but when you’re making completely wrong drinks, (ordered a brown sugar latte, got a Carmel coffee somehow), and missing entire sandwiches some days, and when I ask them to fix it they just took off the sticker, and gave me the same exact drink! *edit, went back in a 3rd time to ask them to remake it as I can see the Carmel at the bottom, they take my drink and put brown sugar syrup in the CARAMEL COFFEE (still wanting a brown sugar latte, which I’ve stated around 6 times now) and give me a SAMPLE CUP of brown sugar syrup. I gave up.

I’m an Advent coffee drinker in fact I get one from Dunkin every single morning before work. This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin location. I sat in the front lobby while four different workers walked past me for over 15 minutes, I wasn’t acknowledged until I was given the hold on finger and they proceeded to help a customer with a pick up in the lobby.. when I was finally approached I was greeted with “you good what do you need” the customer service was awful, no smiles no friendly faces. I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Clean store and nice team! Kiara, took my order and was super friendly and answered questions to make sure my coffee was how I wanted. The rest of the team was helpful and kind as well. They have a quote posted behind the counter about being kind, they got it down this morning. Really nice people at this store today! Thanks for getting my Thursday morning started off right, Kiara!
