Ordered 2 croissants and they was burnt all to hell. Went in cause they forgot my hash browns and they was soggy as hell. The Dunkin donuts on airport road is nasty the employees are rude and I will never eat at another Dunkin donuts

Bathroom was out of Toilet paper! This is disgusting being this is a food establishment. The employees use that bathroom n with no paper towels or toilet paper What do they use? Then they return to work n handle food!! No not me that's gross n that shows they don't respect their customers. Manager said SHE hadn't been in there n she sometimes goes all day n doesn't use it, so basically she's not responsible 😔

Good product, rocky service. The store was understaffed and making mistakes. The order took far longer than normal for a single doughnut and latte. The manager caught an error right before my order came out. I think they were doing the best they could, but they were simply not able to keep up with orders.

i get dunkin every single morning and of all the dunkin’s in the area that i’ve visited, this one is the best. sometimes it’s a hit or miss with my drink taste with other Dunkins, but this location always makes my drink spot on. customer service is amazing and the employees there are extremely sweet.

I came through the Drive thru yesterday and I had the most fortunate pleasure of being greeted by Malik! I asked why I couldn't see the menu and he apologized and said he wasn't sure but that he would help me as best he could. I already knew my order and recited it to him. I pulled forward and informed him I might have the amount of sugar to creamer incorrect. He said, "NO problem, what should it be?" So I told him and asked if I could please get some ice and he yes said "yes ma'am, I gotchu". He quickly brought my ice back to me, scanning card and app and said "Thank you ma'am you have a good day". I asked his name, which he replied with" it's Malik.". I told my husband, I didn't care if my very complicated iced coffee wasn't correct, Malik's service was absolutely out-freaking-standing!" Well, not that I should have been surprised, but my very complicated iced coffee was PERFECT! I don't usually leave reviews with regards to specific employees (good or bad), but I felt it was important that Malik knows he's doing a great job!
My frozen coffee was delish, and the girl who served me was friendly and nice!

Ok guys, I have to give it to this dunkin. It’s by far the best one I’ve ever been to, granted I go twice a week around 7 am, but the woman working the drive thru is always happy to see you and gets you through the line extremely quick. Food is always very fresh ( I get a sandwich & donut). They always do a good job, I have 0 complaints and will be here Thursday ?
