Rude, horrible tasting coffee: I walked in veering to the right. The big tall black man that works there sat Feb 9 7:45am , said excuse me and I had my headphones on so I had to take them off and I said excuse me he said excuse me indicating that I must get out of his way so I said oh okay, I was going to the right like most people do and he said excuse me and so I repeated myself. Then I asked for my coffee and it tastes awful I've never had such bad coffee in my life at Dunkin' donuts never again will I come back to this place.

Most horrible service. Ordered on the app for drive thru, the drive thru message said they were closed. I went inside to pick up my order since I already paid for it, and could not find an employee anywhere. After 10 minutes she comes from the back on her cell phone. Very rude and unprofessional.

I would NOT go back to this dunkin donuts EVER! First they were trying to charge me 178$ for 1 box of coffee, 1 dozen assorted donuts and 6 bagels with cream cheese. Had the audacity to argue with me about the price all to finally realize that they were over charging me for 6 containers of cream cheese. Even adding 6 containers of cream cheese should not have cost 178$ but per the clerk "Prices have gone up and things are expensive". Well, it's obvious why they try to over charge you on the cream cheese because they only put enough on the bagel for one side. You end up throwing the other side away unless you like to eat plain bread. And to top it off they gave me all glazed donuts, when I paid extra for assorted and the worst part about it the manager tried to argue with me about it and the clerk was rude and extremely unprofessional. Don't go here unless you want to be taken advantage of, treated like crap and eat crappy food. Next time I'll be going to Krispy Kreme.

absolutely disgusting I had to go to the window, then pull around and go back to the window because they forgot my drink and the lady who brought me my sandwich whenever I had pulled around, had her stomach all out and it was absolutely disgusting. Her hair was a mess. She did not look like she was fit to be working that day and I’m not one to hate on a woman but like lady there’s absolutely no reason you should have your stomach out right now you’re at work and if you’re gonna go to work and you know you’re going to work do something with your hair most likely never going back to that establishment on Davis because that’s absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and it made me lose my appetite. Mind you I paid $13 for three items. Ridiculous.

Employees are kind, but this is the second time I have been to this location and received unheated food. We've ordered a grilled cheese and got uncooked bread and cheese, and just now ordered bagel bites that were frozen. We visited a lot out of convenience, but likely won't be back after this experience.
100% trash! Wrong coffee, cold sandwich, POOR customer service. Glad this isnt the location I go to regularly. The survey code on my receipt also didnt work which only fits. Avoid this location!

Literally just left this location & went inside to place our order. Upon entering the manager on duty stated "she'll be right with us" as she proceeded to text for 2min. She then advised us to "go ahead with our orders ..she's listening but she's texting her Supervisor ". I begin calling out my husband and my order when she stops me and asks me to repeat my order because she didn't get it. Besides another young lady waiting for her order, we were the only other patrons in addition to one car in drive-thru. There were 3 people on staff, the manager on duty, another woman assisting and a gentleman in the " making food section". We all sat waiting for our drinks well over 20min..as the manager & cook was having a dispute which lead to her .. now being on the phone....then making the cook clock out and go home. Our drinks were TRASH...rushed together...spilling over and just made incorrectly & our money waisted!! Besides the unprofessionalism, we all had to sit....wait...& listen to the situation that should of been handled better..take care of the customers first OR close the lobby to prevent customers coming in...and address the issue....etc ...
