9-19-2024: love me some Dunkinâ during my workweeks so, this weekend I tried a Dunkinâ near home. Ordered via the app and I jacked up something⊠app said it couldnât place my order. So, waited to reorder when I arrived at the parking lot. Apparently the 1st order DID go through and I had two orders now. I believe the mgr Amanda (who was on the ticket) fixed everything in a very quick and surprisingly easy way. I also noted the staff are super friendly people here too! My new weekend breakfast go to! (unlike McDonaldâs on N. 9th Pensacola always a hassle ? and disrespectful⊠so much that I do not return there). #dunkin #ninemile #icecoffee

This is usually our go to Saturday morning coffee but since the new manager took over it is the worst. She acts like the amount of product she uses comes out of her own salary. When I buy a coffee drink I want it to taste like coffee not milk. My husband has complained about this lady not properly make the drinks but nothing has been done. I would stay away from this location you should not pay for a coffee drink and only get milk. You also should not have to buy extra shots of espresso to make the drink taste like it is supposed to

Stopped in for a couple of milkshakes. They were pretty good. Certainly a little pricey and I think it can be expected for hand spun milkshakes. It was unfortunate that a guest had barricaded themselves in the bathroom for several hours and the sheriff's deputies showed up while we were there to extract him. ?ââïž Other than that, it was fabulous.
