Update, after coming here for a few months. I can say the staff are the best they remember my order. I aint even gotta ask the manager really cool guy. I recommend this place. Sometimes I come in about 3 times a day.

I love their iced decaf coffee. While other restaurants brew a pot of decaf coffee for the whole day letting it sit there they don't. These people won't serve it if it smells bad. They care about their reputation and it shows.

This place just doesn't impress me much. Twice we have gone recently and both times out of most donuts. Really? Staff were nice, but sort of matter-of-fact types. I prefer Krispy Kreme definitely

Out of boxes for group coffee . They offered to put in 20 small cups just charge for box coffee umm. Glad didn't get anyway the one coffee I got was very weak and tasteless donuts were good

9-19-2024: love me some Dunkin’ during my workweeks so, this weekend I tried a Dunkin’ near home. Ordered via the app and I jacked up something… app said it couldn’t place my order. So, waited to reorder when I arrived at the parking lot. Apparently the 1st order DID go through and I had two orders now. I believe the mgr Amanda (who was on the ticket) fixed everything in a very quick and surprisingly easy way. I also noted the staff are super friendly people here too! My new weekend breakfast go to! (unlike McDonald’s on N. 9th Pensacola always a hassle ? and disrespectful… so much that I do not return there). #dunkin #ninemile #icecoffee

This is usually our go to Saturday morning coffee but since the new manager took over it is the worst. She acts like the amount of product she uses comes out of her own salary. When I buy a coffee drink I want it to taste like coffee not milk. My husband has complained about this lady not properly make the drinks but nothing has been done. I would stay away from this location you should not pay for a coffee drink and only get milk. You also should not have to buy extra shots of espresso to make the drink taste like it is supposed to
