This place just doesn't impress me much. Twice we have gone recently and both times out of most donuts. Really? Staff were nice, but sort of matter-of-fact types. I prefer Krispy Kreme definitely
Out of boxes for group coffee . They offered to put in 20 small cups just charge for box coffee umm. Glad didn't get anyway the one coffee I got was very weak and tasteless donuts were good
9-19-2024: love me some Dunkin’ during my workweeks so, this weekend I tried a Dunkin’ near home. Ordered via the app and I jacked up something… app said it couldn’t place my order. So, waited to reorder when I arrived at the parking lot. Apparently the 1st order DID go through and I had two orders now. I believe the mgr Amanda (who was on the ticket) fixed everything in a very quick and surprisingly easy way. I also noted the staff are super friendly people here too!...
