First time here. They literally only had about 6 favors of ice cream out of about 30 flavors. I felt sorry for the girls working because someone CLEARLY isn’t ordering stuff properly that they would be out of that many flavors. You’re an oce cream place that is supposed to have many flavors of ice cream… no wonder it wasn’t busy on a Saturday evening. Please do better with your ordering.

I promise you… you do not want to eat ice cream at this place , they are super slow every time , also not to mention I seen the dude who works there all the time making out with a crackhead by the ice machine by the dollar general. I cannot stress to you enough you do not want to eat here.
I ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance and when I called day of to see if it was ready a little early - I found out that it was never even made. Seriously don't even bother trying to order cakes from this location. I was also told a manager would talk to me which never happened.

Went here twice. 2 days apart to get a smoothie and banana split the 1st time. No bananas. Nor could make a smoothie. Next time still not able to make a banana split. Just sad!!

I came to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts around 7pm. Staff was great however when asked if they had a hot chocolate for a sundae I was told the machine has been broken this ruled out a banana split as well. I asked how long it had been broken and the employee stated it has been broken for as long as they have been employed for about a month.This employee was apologizing for something that should be fixed by the management. I also could only choose from only 11 flavors and had been informed that half the case was down for cleaning. If you're in the customer service business you need to have the product ready for the consumer. It is a shame that employees are faced with poor management and left without the resources to serve the consumer. The only reason I gave you a 2 star was because of the employee that served me.

They literally never have hardly anything let alone flavors. All you hear on the speaker almost every time I go there is “sorry we don’t have” no chocolate ice cream no strawberry no sprinkles no chocolate syrup etc whoever is running this store needs to be fired ASAP
