Dunkin' is a reliable spot for a good breakfast, with friendly staff and consistent food quality. This location stands out for its fantastic service and delicious hashbrowns. Customers appreciate the positive attitude and customer service skills of the staff, particularly the standout employee. The Manager is extremely helpful and deserves acknowledgement for her effort. This location is much better than the one on Pine Forest Rd. The customer service at this place is great, as the staff is super friendly and always get the order exactly right. Heather, an amazing and thoughtful employee, along with the morning crew, provide a great way to start the day, making this the best Dunkin' in Pensacola. However, the service can be lacking at times, with long wait times and incorrect orders, though the food itself, such as the flaky, buttery and savory croissant sandwich, as well as the excellent coffee, are still enjoyable.
