Got a frozen coffee, sandwich and hash browns and everything was disgusting. The coffee wasn't right somehow and tasted like dirty water, the sandwich must have been old and prepped for sometime because it was lukewarm at best and the edges of the bread were stale crunchy, not toasted crunchy. And the hash browns were also old, lukewarm and mushy. Gross all around. And worst part was I was one of two cars in the drive thru and it took almost 10 minutes to get me old, shake food. 🤣

Literally the best location I’ve visited. They are always so nice to my husband and myself. Today the manager actually walked our coffee out to the car when she seen our car pulling up. They always address my husband by his first name when he walks in. Just all around great customer service ! Reading some of these reviews, I think people expect service workers to be perfect like robots but we’re all human. Being kind and showing compassion is rare in today’s world so it’s a breath of fresh air. And to add, our coffee is always perfect !

walked in for a doordash, there was a lady already waiting so i asked had she been helped? she said no because they’ve been back there talking. i had to loudly say “ excuse me “ to get their attention. she then proceeded to say she doesn’t have my order when i can clearly see it on the screen. whoever this is with the lip piercing is rude and i wouldn’t recommend coming here at night, day shift is better. 😊

Absolute worst Dunkin in Pensacola. Placed a $60 order on the app, arrived 11 minutes later, and still waited 37 minutes because the worker said she was alone and had a bad attitude. They were out of items, replaced them with donuts, but everything tasted stale and crumbled like it was days old. Customer service was no help, and I never heard back from the franchise. Will never return.

I ordered on the app and sat in drive-through for five minutes because she put me on hold. There was one car behind me and no one else was being helped. The parking lot was literally Vacant . I asked if she could add caramel drizzle to my frozen coffee and she gave me such a hard time about it and said that it was the same as doing a swirl in my coffee. Well, that's not what I wanted. I wanted drizzle in my cup of iced coffee she then asked if I wanted whipped cream or cold foam. I told her no I just want caramel drizzle. I don't understand why it was so difficult or why she was so argumentative about it.she huffed and puffed and said the syrup and the drizzle were the same thing and it didn't show on the app as they had been out of it, but it was back in stock now.

Went through the drive thru this morning with my husband for a little breakfast before running errands. I got a chai latte with oat milk. Took a sip when we got home 5 minutes later and immediately noticed that it had a weird taste. Poured some out and noticed it was spoiled the oat milk was spoiled. I would definitely caution those who are lactose intolerant or prefer milk alternatives.
