Taquana is the absolute best! The service is super friendly, and they always make sure our order is correct. I always look forward to seeing them when we come to this store.
Parking: Never have a problem with parking. Easily able to access spot and very easy to get out.
Kid-friendliness: Taquana is always nice towards my son and they all just have the utmost respect with all ages not just kids.

They should tell people they use regular sugar unless we ask. Also got the nastiest hashbrowns I’ve ever ate from there. Burnt and tasted horrible I can do crispy I can’t do nasty flavor. Also the person who took my order didn’t ask if I wanted hot or cold coffee not sure if that’s normal but I’m okay with whatever coffee comes.

How does every part of this dunkin suck? Consistently have been giving this dunkin a chance every time i'm in town and each time my order's wrong or they give me something that is substantially worse than any other dunkin i've been to.
Also slightly more expensive? Which is odd?
Just go somewhere else and save your money.

Nobody here knows how to make coffee need to teach them how to make the coffees the right way coffee never has flavor or no flavor in it they don't put whipped cream or any of the drizzle I'd rather go to McDonald's

The customer service at this location was great. They did not have exactly what I wanted, but were willing to work with me. Therefore making my experience a very good one. This service was an extremely great experience from my visit a year ago. I plan to return to this location. The Manager was extremely helpful. She should receive a verbal acknowledgement for her effort. Thank you
This location is much better than the location in Pine Forest Rd.

I drink a lot of almond milk, and I order a lot of almond milk lattes. However, this is my first time ordering one from Dunkin. I don't know if this is just what their almond milk tastes like, or if it has gone bad, but it was absolutely disgusting. The taste and smell is so strong. It smells almost mildewy. I tossed it after a few tries. It's just funky.
Update (after 12 hours): My stomach is violently ill...

Stop going to this location these people have zero sense of urgency they have the nastiest attitude they never make the drinks correctly and when you try to ask them to fix it, they give you the nastiest attitude. I just waited in this line for 15 minutes with no one coming to the window and they were all in the back playing even the manager
Save your time and money.

This place officially does not care about customers. When placing an online order beware... You will get whatever they have and you will not be told. This has happened several times to me and there is no phone for you to contact and complain.

Awful service, slow, inaccurate order fulfillment. I just waited 20+ minutes to be handed the wrong drink (wrong size, full of sugar) then to be told to pull forward in the drive thru to wait even longer. After waiting a few more minutes I was handed half of my food order. This place is such a consistent disappointment and should close its doors until new staff is trained and hired. I won't be returning.

I've had bad luck on many Dunkin visits around town, but this one seems the best. I stopped going to any for a while because they were always out of items & coffee/food quality was very inconsistent. I'm a big fan of the hashbrowns so they keep luring me back in lol, but this location has been great food wise!

Friendly staff. Just wanted a frozen coffee to cool off from the fires of hell called Florida heat. Delicious!

I am utterly disappointed with my recent experiences at Dunkin'. Despite multiple visits, my orders have been consistently mishandled. Today's disappointment topped it all – I received two orders of egg bites filled with ham instead of the veggie option I requested. As a vegetarian, this oversight is not just a mistake; it's a complete disregard for my dietary needs.my order was missing a donut, and I had to present my receipt to prove it. Why lie about a simple item like a donut? It's embarrassing and undermines trust in their service.Despite the lack of customers, wait times have been excessively long. There's no excuse for an hour-long wait or being forgotten altogether. These issues suggest a fundamental problem with the Dunkin' location's management and training of its employees.Previously, I enjoyed Dunkin' for its breakfast options and quick service, but these experiences have shattered my perception. It's disheartening to see such a decline in professionalism and customer care.I've hesitated to voice my grievances until now, but enough is enough. It's time for Dunkin' to step up and address these recurring issues to restore faith in their brand.
