Dunkin food is always good. WOREST service ever. Extremely rude lady working March 5th, 2024 around 7:45am. I place a mobile order prior to arriving at the store. I picked my order up in the drive thru, when i arrive at the mic i waited a second, no one said anything so i finally said, “hello i have a mobile order” then provided my name. The lady says “there’s 8 orders ahead of you” i said “oh alright” she then says “pull around” so i did and when i get to the window she doesn’t say a word to me and gives my order too me. I ask for syrup for my food and she says “we don’t sell syrup” Very rude. Terrible service. People like this need to work in the back of a store not around customers.Location: 9225 Pine Forest, Pensacola FL7:45am - Mobile Order.

Please forgive a typos as I am doing voice to text as I drive I just left the Dunkin' Donuts drive through at pine forest in Pensacola I just need to say that the crew working today are the most amazing people I've ever been served by I am also in the service industry and I fully and totally respect their professionalism mannerisms and just just how incredibly awesome they are thank you for what you did for me today at the Dunkin' Donuts on pine font First without going into too muchdetail it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen at a place of business that I frequent thank you so much and please keep up the good work mark hopper

Went this morning for breakfast and a refresher. The woman who took my order was pretty rude. I was told yo pull around and wait for my food, no problem. Didn’t bring me everything so I had to wait again for them to bring the rest of my food out. Get home and realize my bacon egg and cheese bagel is burnt. The egg, cheese and bagel itself are all dark brown. For the egg being burnt too it’s cold. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Dunkin’ Donuts.

I purchased 3 doughnuts and 2 were old and nasty! It is unfortunate because I would stop here often if they werent gross! Also, I am a Dunkin doughnut fan just not this one.
I’m not one to leave very many reviews. This place deserved one, ordered 3 iced coffee, 2 donuts, and a BEC bagel. I waited 30 min for my sandwich which I watched the guy make with no gloves on, got it and it was too hard to eat, cheese wasn’t melted and the egg and bacon was cold. And there’s mold on the ceiling. Don’t go

Update it’s been a month since the original review and nothing dunkin never refunded me and the manager charity darby never remade my food or made it right. Wanted me to come in on her time. Personally did not want anymore food because I feel they have not properly trained anyone to clean the ovens and my body doesn’t handle hazardous chemicals in my food very well. Hate that she did not make it right and that it was so much back and forth for nothing! November -Food taste like chemicals be aware and safe please. A comment below me stated the same thing a week ago this is very dangerous…Every time I order on the app to pick up they are always out of something and the app says they have it. Then they can’t substitute anything for you because they are always out of things. Out of whip cream today. And PLEASE BE CAREFUL ORDERING THE HASHBROWNS OR ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO HEAT UP, HASHBROWNS TASTED LIKE CHEMICALS. This isn’t the first time. Just completely taste like cleaner. Makes me wonder if they are cleaning the equipment properly but either way that can make someone sick so please be aware of that. Nothing should taste like cleaner when ordering food that’s crazy. Didn’t receive a refund or was able to get in touch with customer service to let them know the issue so now I’m letting everyone know to please be safe when choosing to eat here. The lady who served us today at 9:30 was kind and overworked.
