Kind of sucks that you can't go in and enjoy your atmosphere always on the go
This place is great! The people are all so nice and friendly. Willing to stand in the rain and help take your order with the app. Pensacola is lucky to have this coffee shop. Also, the price is very reasonable.

Not a great place if you like strong coffee. Have tried them at least 5 times now...because I really wanted to love it. I ordered stronger versions of different drinks and they still are either milky white from the creams (even when I ordered light cream) and just always taste watered down and sweet. If you love super sweet coffee that doesn't taste like coffee, then you will like it.

Not sure what happened but Las Vegas has the same Dutch Brothers and coffee, but it taste correct there. It taste light and boring and expensive here. I’d rather go to McDonald’s. I like the Las Vegas flavor. Why is there a difference?

The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I preordered on the app 10 minutes before I got there. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes and still no sign of my drink. Definitely not the friendly, over joyed, enthusiastic atmosphere that Dutch is known for. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was hoping they would get better as they established but service and wait time has gotten worse.
Best coffee place, period. They do not burn the coffee like an named popular chain does, and they have a large variety to choose from that will satisfy everyone in the car. They are all about positivity and fun. Fast and friendly as well as tasty.
A huge thank you to Sammie for making my Friday morning coffee routine so enjoyable; I’d become a regular if I lived here! Niya was also amazing, she’ll make you crack a smile before your morning coffee. I’m convinced this location has an amazing hiring process. 10/10 ?

Well this place is ok. I didn't know what I was expecting since there's no dining/sit in area. It's just a drive through and walk up window. The variety of flavors and drinks are nice and a lot to choose from it's definitely not the same as Starbucks but similar but caffeine is definitely involved. The drinks are very sweet and has that sugar kick to it. Haven't tried to pastry but it looks good. Still not the same feeling made fresh. The price is worth it compared to Starbucks.

Dutch brothers coffee is sooooo spot on ! I love their coffee and their many different options they offer & it's affordable !! The baristas are so caring and talkative which is plus while waiting for your drink to be made. They also hand out these adorable stickers !! Get them while you can because they do run out. I really recommend downloading their app to look at all their variety of options to choose from to coffee to energy drinks.
