Save your money & eat at the Pensacola Beach House. You can get a full meal for the same price as a Turkey sandwich & a small bottle of water. Service was nice & friendly, but for the price… go to a sit down restaurant next spot over.

Coffee is extremely sweet at this place. Ordered a half pump of syrup and the coffee is still insanely sweet. Stick to the drip coffee if you want to avoid an insulin spike.

Waited in line 25 minutes for the cashier to tell me they only had chocolate chips bagels left. Doesn’t go well with a turkey sandwich. She was also rude about it. Maybe they should put up a sign or announce to customers in line that they are out of everything. Terrible customer service and the employees seemed like they didn’t care. This was the location past security. Pensacola airport sucks. Very limited food choices. My last trip through this airport.

How is it possible that you have a coffee and bagel store and there no Decaffeinated coffee for the customers that can not have regular coffee. Very disappointing.
Literally ordered before everyone and THEY SERVED EVERYONE AFTER ME AND SERVED ME LAST. I literally just ordered one bagel wtf 💀
Ordered a few sandwiches. Approximately $16 each.
Asked for cup of water and worker gave me bottled water for free.
It was on a Sunday night. The worker was a young black male. He seemed very proactive in sweeping floors and pushing in chairs.
Military discount given.
Male employee with a beard was really aggressively rude for no reason. If you don’t like your job working with people, move on somewhere where no one has to come in contact with you and your attitude. There are better places to eat.

Was the worst service I ever had and servers were very very rude, if you can’t be polite do not work in customer service.

Had the best service from Makayla. And Javvarius! This is what good customer service should look like!

Great sandwiches however my only complaint is they’ve got a line of 10 people and they’re telling people they close soon. It’s 4:46 PM. Maybe consider keeping your hours a little bit longer on Sunday because the Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday only place to eat at Pensacola airport.

Came in hungry - flight was delayed. Greeted by a a very friendly face by the name of Jamie who was working the later shift. Wanted a nova lox on everything bagel. She was so kind enough to grab a fresh bagel from tbd oven since the everything had been sold out after the day. and the new batch was hot off the press in the back! She was so helpful and hardworking. Thanks for saving me from hunger and making my experience wonderful before heading back to Arizona! EINSTEIN Pensacola Aiport- YOU HAVE A GREAT Team Member WHO CARES - reward Jamie.
She deserves it! ❤️

Had the big breakfast burrito, it was good but could be a little less expensive. Service was good and they answered all my questions.
Although the lemonade I had was EXTREMELY sour
