I was eager to dine at this establishment. The food was delicious. I rated it four stars only because the wait time was slightly longer than expected, though this may have been due to our party of six. The customer service and food were otherwise exceptional.

Really pleased that we found this restaurant! The beef banh mi is my favorite sandwich in town and I love trying new appetizers each time I go. The mini pancakes with shrimp and that sauce.... WOW!

A friend and I visited E-B recently. Enjoyed the bun bo hue and shrimp noodles. Very good food. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend it.

We ordered the pho, chicken vermicelli, egg rolls, and gyoza dumplings. Overall, the food was decent, but we likely won’t be returning. We've had better options from other places in Pensacola. The vegetables weren’t pickled, and the sauce was just okay. As for the pho, it was fine, but nothing that really stood out.
On the plus side, the service was nice, the place was clean, and it's in a great location with a pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing! The hubs and I had chicken pho, pork vermicelli and a banh mi and gyoza. We wanted to taste everything and felt certain we’d have leftovers. We are leaving with 1/2 of the sandwich left. So good!
