Customer service tip for the guy working there, learn to speak English so people can understand what you're saying rather than roll your eyes and look annoyed that the customer doesn't know what the hell you're saying.

Bubble tea was horrible. They don’t have a non dairy creamer or milk so I had to get a fruit tea and the fruit tea was filled with sugar and then she put lemonade in my tea! I don’t even know if it actually had any tea it because it tastes like sugar water with lemonade. On top of that it was luke warm not even cold. Total disappointment! Notcoming here again

It took over half an hour to get two drinks. The two people working were both reading instructions so maybe it was their first day, but we still won't go back. The tapioca was good though.

I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the poke bowl. I got the Fangs combo bowl. It was huge. Very fresh. Service was pleasant, nothing exceptional, but pleasant is really nice these days when most servers are just miserable. The price was very affordable.

I got all excited to try this place out because I've been looking for a place that sells prepared bao. It should've been a quick exchange at the counter. The worker left the restaurant and came back and told me she was waiting on the chicken. Me of course thinking they were still steaming at the restaurant next door. She comes back again with a bowl (not protected at all) and goes in the back. She returns like a bao taco???? The vegetables were raw and it was just stacked in this weird bao soft shell. I have never in my years of traveling and exploring new foods have seen anything like this. If the chicken wasn't good it would've only gotten one star but it redeemed them a little bit. These people obviously have never experienced a real bao before and created their own messed up version.
The fried tofu poke bowl was amazing. Plenty of wasabi mixed in for a kick! There's also a pretty solid selection of milk tea.

Very mediocre customer service but the poké was definitely the worst part of it all. There is a sign outside of the door that says, "Hawaiian poké." As a native Hawaiian who has had MUCH better poké in AZ where there is literally no sea to be found, I was highly disappointed. I left Hawaii 1 1/2 years ago and I was looking forward to finding something familiar. Nope. They put fruit, beans, and corn on a spicy ahi bowl. To pair with the 2/3 bowl of rice and 1/3 portion of ahi. Ahi that wasn't even served as poke. It was more of an ahi fish puré. Not a pleasant texture. Poké is served in chunks. Sadly I didn't taste it because it was my mother in law's and she didn't get much of a portion of ahi, but it was just sad to look at. Please adjust the portions and ingredients to fit actual Hawaiian cuisine or do not claim to serve Hawaiian dishes. Not to mention, the waiter we had was extremely awkward and took upwards of 10 minutes for one poké bowl. Never coming back.

Terrible service and efficiency for a ‘fast food’ place in a food court. Waited 40+ min to get a meal (1 meal arrived in 8 min. The other in 40 min) they forgot to make the second meal and we had to have staff check on food 3 times, it wasn’t until the last time they finally made it. Food was ok- nothing noteworthy, but disrespect and poor communication to patrons and the manager arguing with me= 1 star.
