This is the best kept secret. Everyone is so friendly and the ice cream is amazing. Our family has made it our new weekly stop. Small batch is definitely the way to go and we love it!!

Non dairy was ok, but service was the kindest and sweetest. Plenty of samples and non chocolate options. Clean and welcoming.

We loved our ice cream. They added a lot of toppings and they had several different flavors. Reasonably priced too! Will be back before vacation is over.
Fannie Lou’s is the sweetest little ice cream shop in Pensacola! Delicious, creamy flavors, a super friendly team, and the cutest atmosphere. Such a fun, well-run spot — highly recommend!
Hands down the best ice cream place! Every flavor we tried was delicious. Highly recommend pelican poo for kids and bushwacker for adults.

It’s worth the drive from Orange Beach! We were out exploring the Pensacola area and found Fannie Lou’s. The kindest lady scooped our ice cream. Salted Caramel Turtle and Butter Brickle for me and Bushwhacker for my husband. Delicious!
A wonderful ice cream experience! We met Gary, the owner, and he was SO KIND! The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was so good. Get the ice cream with the toffee and the caramel it was delectable.

My favorite milkshake spot. My combination specialty shake is 2/3 banana 🍌 pudding 1/3 DeLuna spice. Gary is always friendly and so is the rest of the staff. Best ice cream shop around, for sure.
