Food was good as usual but more impressed with the workers Jake and Carlos… Super nice guys made the place way better to eat inside, they very helpful and seemed to not hate being there which was refreshing, thanks guys will be back!

I was kinda upset because I just started eating here and this first location I had two strands of black straight hair in my sub it took everything for me not to throw up my food so instead of complaining I will not go back to that location very unsanitary to have someone else hair in your food

This takeout order was placed more than a half an hour ago and was supposed to be ready to be picked up 15 minutes ago... Still not ready... They need more employees making sandwiches instead of talking.

We work across the way on Airport Blvd and we all ordered lunch at this location today. We placed our order at 11:23 am for 10 subs now we expected likely to wait about an hour so we arrived around 12:30-12:40..... They hadn't even started our order and it was almost 2pm before they got our food finished and handed to us. Once we got back to the office (which is sad because some of those associates got off at 2:15 and didn't even get lunch until time to go home) several of the sandwiches were completely incorrect. We spent over 140.00 for 10 subs and half the people either didn't get lunch on time or got wrong things and didn't even get to eat! This is ridiculous not to mention we tried to do the survey to give Firehouse feedback on our experience and it's not even an option to do anymore. Firehouse you are surrounded by hard working people who depend on you for their lunches and meals while they are at work and you have GOT to do better than an over 2 hour wait for 10 simple subs!!! I would love for a member of management to reach out and offer me a full refund at this point but I doubt that will happen!
