They seem to be understaffed and need help. Was a very long wait? And very messy and unorganized. Which I'm sure is due to low staff. And small sandwiches seem to be even smaller.

We came by for a meal after our flight back to the area. Both employees were kind, professional, and efficient. Our sandwiches were so tasty, but it’s no surprise we watched as the employees took the time to make our order. Each bite had the perfect amount of each sandwich ingredient. Thank you!

Firehouse has had the same great taste throughout the years but the prices are getting a little crazy. I got a large hook and ladder combo and it was almost $20. I get that we live in a crazy time and everything is expensive but I can usually eat at most restaurants for under $13 but overall the food was good and tasted fresh! They always forget to ask if I have a rewards number so that could be one improvement from the cashiers side.

Stopped in at 5:45 on Sunday, 8/25. There were two people waiting and one young woman making sub's. We had to wait a full hour to get our order. The woman making subs was moving as slow as a person could and did not seem to have a firm grasp on how the subs were made. In the end the food was ok but one of the items was ordered no bread because they had run out of gluten free bread and when they made the bowl they left out half the ingredients that would have been on the sub. Of course we did not notice until we were home.

To top everything off, the store was unclean, the ac vents are covered in what appears to be black mold, and there was water steadily dripping out of the ceiling right next to a cart full of sliced produce. Not a great experience and definitely not worth the $80 price tag.

I came into your establishment at approximately 5:20pm. There was a gentleman making subs and about 4 other people waiting for their subs to be prepared. I was greeted by the gentleman who was making the subs and he stated just give me 1 moment. I sat down in front of the cash register until he was available to cash me me out. A white gentleman name Clarence entered an a female employee immediately came from the back with food in her mouth to hurry and cash Clarence, but skipped over me who had already been waiting. Very disappointed!! Won't visit again

I ordered two sandwiches online at 11:40 and we received them an hour later. My partner went to pick them up at 12:10 and they had not even started making our order. She had to ask what the status was on the order at 12:30, which is when they started making our order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. They finally gave us our food at 12:50. I have worked at firehouse in the past and I know that it takes 15 minutes MAX to make two sandwiches.
