I had an absolutely frustrating experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through DoorDash, and the payment was successfully processed. However, when the DoorDash driver arrived to pick up the food, the restaurant refused to prepare the order—despite already being paid! There was no explanation, no apology, and no solution offered. I wasted my time and money, and was left without my meal. This is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I highly suggest avoiding this place if you want reliable service.
Door dash confirmed with them they would be paid for the order as they are a door dash partner but they still refused to make the order.

JaQuale and Raven were very personable and friendly. JaQuale gave me great suggestions on sandwich choices and made the perfect sub. Raven was helpful with the firehouse app and helped me navigate it. I will definitely be back more often!! The French dip sub was tasty beyond belief..
