Very hard working team! Sandwiches are always delicious. To stay strong employees should keep eye for detail and this shop could even do a “group” greeting. For example, when someone walks in the door, (if an employee sees) he/she could clap 3 times (alerting all the employees to say simultaneously “welcome to fireHOUSE!.”) thank you for your service, great job

JaQuale and Raven were very personable and friendly. JaQuale gave me great suggestions on sandwich choices and made the perfect sub. Raven was helpful with the firehouse app and helped me navigate it. I will definitely be back more often!! The French dip sub was tasty beyond belief..

Love the food but, There is no benefit to ordering online! We showed up for the last 10 minutes of the estimated 17 min wait but ended up waiting 30 for minutes because they served all of the people physically in line (to include those showing up after us) before starting our order. Or maybe have instructions that say get in line for them to start your order which then defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Not the first time this has happened, so shame on me for trying...
