I normally do not think anyone can beat Firehouse Subs. I asked the workers to make 2 dozen oatmeal raisin cookies. Since they didn't have that many in the store, I asked they bake the entire 2 dozen and let me take those. The worker actually refused to. So, I'll just go somewhere where that'll make them fresh I guess. Highly disappointed.

First time here. The issue is they hide the ingredients behind high counter, just like subway, which I have stopped supporting because it is very important for customers to see what you will be making out sandwiches from. What is the point of hiding the ingredients?
No problem, Now I go to PUBLIC, which cuts the meats fresh and customers are able to see the ingredients for themselves. What a great Idea!
