The food is good when it is hot and fresh. Unfortunately for this location they don't seem to have enough people working to ensure the food gets out in a timely manner. Waiting for 30 or 45 minutes for an order you placed online seems to be common place. Please staff your restaurant. I know you are trying to save money but I just had to have my sandwich remade after waiting because it was ice cold. Staff up please.

When we got there, we were early, but the cashier assured me that our order was being made and immediately put gloves on and started making it. There was one guy making the subs with her, and the last employee was slicing meat in the back, and would stop to come to the cash register and take the in-store orders. My order was done 6 minutes after the pickup time, but they were working so hard to get the subs done and making sure that all of the customers were being taken care of on a busy Friday with a promotion going on. Kudos to them!

The Best

The staff is beyond rude, the lady (long dreads, heavyweight) who was making subs was laughing at customers saying too bad your gonna be waiting another 20 minutes after waiting 20 minutes. She shouldn't be working for any company with that attitude.

If I could give a zero I sure the heck would. Did door dash and they shorted us a sandwich. The bag was still sealed with the sticker. Door dash didn't steal sandwich. I called for 15-20 minutes. In that time they kept hanging up phone at this location. As soon as the young man the manager answered he had an attitude. Was rude saying they're swamped. I said we were shorted a sandwich he said he knows bc he made rhe sandwich. Did we have receipt? I said yea we are pulling up now. Mean while the place wasn't slammed like said. The guy admitted it was his fault. Then some girl refused to give or make the sandwich. Told him to tell us to take it up with door dash. Why would we when uts ur fault!! And we just wasted gas and money and time. We were there it should of been given to us or remade . This is crappy service all the way around. $13 for a medium sub not including drink!! Come on now.. how sad is this. I'm sure yiu won't make this right. But hopefully people will see this and think twice about coming there.

We ordered three sandwiches through DoorDash the young man that dropped it off was very professional, and the bag was sealed. There was clearly three sandwiches on the receipt. There was only two sandwiches in the bag so we tried calling for 20 minutes to get a hold of somebody to let them know they missed one of the sandwiches. The manager finally answered as we were pulling into the parking lot, and right off the bat was rude in the phone. The manager was completely unprofessional and rude and condescending, and was about to replace our sandwich when the Girl making the sandwiches very rudely said you need to take it up with DoorDash and I said did you not make the sandwiches and he said yes said yes I said did you not seal the bag he said yes. All I wanted is to have my sandwich replaced and he told me to take it up with DoorDash very rudely. Then I told him I would take it up with corporate and he very rudely told me would you like the owners number and I said no I’ll take it up myself and I walked out empty-handed without the $14 sandwich that I purchased through DoorDash we will never order them from them again and we were regular customers. This may not mean much to a huge company but for someone that works hard for their money and lives paycheck to paycheck it’s very upsetting. He embarrassed me and was extremely condescending for no reason the business made the mistake.

This Firehouse has the best service. Employees are so nice, sweet, they welcome you as you walk in, I come here very often and recently I made an online order and it went through twice. When i noticed and mentioned it the the manager/staff they were able to give me free subs next time I came in or just a refund on my money! Most companies don’t do that. Firehouse all the way.

Went in today to pick up lunch for me and my husband. Jennifer and Kenny helped me and they were super friendly, helpful and fast. Really just two very nice and personable people. It was a great experience.
