I was the only customer there and the staff did not talk to me during my order. Additionally, I was not asked to customize my sandwich, so I had to pick off the toppings once I got home. Lastly, this was the first firehouse store I have been to that does not offer a military discount or free drink. I would not recommend this location if you want a friendly atmosphere with a sandwich made the way you like it.

I had a horrible experience this morning and Im not sure Ill be back after this. Two young kids were in a contest on who could ignore me the longest. They ignored me while I waited at the register. They took forever to make my food and then find out on top of that they then had pushed it off to the side and it had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes while they were laughing and chit chatting. The store wasn't even busy. The food was cold, the meat wasnt even cooked all the way, cheese not melted nor was it even the right cheese, the bread soggy and disgusting. They weren't even made right nor did they offer to try and make amends. I noticed the prices went up as well and the service just plummeted in the tank today.

Just Waited over 45 minutes for a Sub. They only have one person working at lunch time! But it wasn’t even that because they were not busy. I just times it and they are only making/putting out a sandwich every 24 minutes on average.

I placed my order online, when I went in they told me they had no clue about it. Fine, whatever, no big deal. I let it slide. Imagine my frustration when I’m eating my much desired sub and there’s a foot long hair in it. I was livid at this point. I call the store and of course nobody answers the phone. I’m raging at this point. I get in my car and storm into the store, swearing at them for how incompetent they are and how come nobody can answer the phone, the manager tells me “it’s not working” and I respond with “oh really? Let’s test that theory”. I call the phone and what do you know? It’s working just fine. Needless to say, never coming back here again. Absolutely disgusted. She even threatened to call the cops on me. The nerve of some people. They strike you as they cry.
