Major staff issues out of the three girls working there. The only one that was working was the lady Jennifer who was getting flustered because the other two girls just sat in the back while 20 customers came in Jennifer repeatedly asked for help. The girls never came out. Sandwiches sitting on the counter for 30 minutes because the single lady working couldn’t keep up with orders and making them. 3/30/24 at 2:40 to 3:15

This used to be our favorite weekend break from cooking, meal. But something changed several months ago. I thought the last straw was about 6 months ago when my order was completely wrong and they didn't include our brownies. I went to the website listed on the receipt and ended up in several emails back and forth, with them giving me some points to order again (really?!), that were only enough to get 1 item and then finally telling me to call the manager at the store...after this had gone on for a couple of weeks. So I left it alone. Annoyed. Stupidly, I decided to give one last try last week. Awful. My bread was stale and, again, NONE of the sandwiches were made correctly.So, no more from this Firehouse.

It’s ridiculous that I’m Doordashing and I don’t get greeted properly. I felt as if they thought I was another typical black girl. She got an attitude with me because my order said check the rack. I waited patiently until she was done with orders & she rudely asked me what was I waiting on! After confirming my order she rudely says next time we do orders up here at the counter. A chubby brunette with glasses!! & When I followed my DD rules. Next day I got a DD & I was greeted properly by a nice young man as soon as I entered the door! He did what he was supposed to do NO MATTER WHAT COLOR!!

10/30/23 -Long story short - I have never in the 6 years I’ve known my boyfriend witness him complain about customer service or the quality of his food . We have both worked in customer service and the food industry our whole lives and actually met while working at a firehouse subs 7 years ago (under the same management ). And while things do change , I’m quite certain “fully involved “ and the level of professionalism expected out of management is not one of them. We can both understand a “bad day” but the manager on duty today was miserable. She cut him off in the middle of ordering several times and he finally stopped and looked at her and explained that he wasn’t finished . She just stared back with a disgusting look, rolled her eyes and asked if he meant he didn’t want a combo? I told her “ no, he wasn’t finished letting you know what he wanted on the sandwich . “ He clearly stated no onion and added jalapeño and honey mustard. Our original plan was to dine in but her attitude honestly made me want to just go down the street to subway so we took it to go. I had a feeling the order was wrong and told him to check the receipt , but we weren’t given one . We get home and low and behold there were no tomato’s but loaded up with onion on his sandwich . If she wasn’t so rude , neither one of us probably would have blinked an eye but we decided to take the food back and just get it refunded . I decided to sit this one out and wait in the car because my mouth can sometimes get the best of me . He came back to the car shaking his head and proceeds to tell me she had the audacity to tell him what he said and what he didn’t . She insisted he said “no tomato” . There’s one thing I know for sure by working in the same industry , even if he did … the customer is always right but I know he didn’t because he’s eaten the same damn sandwich the same way for over 16 years almost daily and had she had slowed down and listened instead of rudely rushing him she would have probably gotten the order correct . All this to say the management SUCKS at this location . I hope the owner gets this issue under control .
