It quoted me a certain time the food was suppose to be ready and of course I had to wait an extra 10mins when I got there because they hadn't even started on it yet. The staff is okay but not really personable.my food was also cold which was weird because they weren't even busy.

Management is awful at this location, the service is terrible, if you come in with your military uniform they will not inform you that you can use a military discount in hopes that you don't know about the discount, that's how firehouse subs treats the men and women who serve this country. Not to mention all the food violations. If you have celiac then you should know that any lettuce or tomatos that fall off a sandwich gets put back in the bin so even if you're allergic to gluten the vegetables are not safe I would never recommend this particular firehouse to anyone.

This is my third time ordering from this location. The first two were alright but yesterday I picked up my online order to find grease all over the outside of my takeout bag as well as a sandwich for the same reason I could barely hold. I know that steamers are cooked on a timer but this sandwich tasted surprisingly raw and slimy. I ended up getting quite sick from my order. I will have to consider another location as I have ate steamers from firehouse for over 10 years and have never had one that tasted the way this one had.

Jennifer, Wayne and Wesley are a dream team! I was a slacker and didn't order a sub platter pack for tomorrow, but they made it up on the spot for me, and still kept up with the busy Saturday night crowd with courtesy and efficiency!! This crew and this store always deliver for me, excellent food and excellent service! They all deserve raises!Vegetarian options: They included vegetarian sandwiched in my platter with no fuss!

I ordered twice from same location and never received my points. I asked Emily about my points she said I had to go on line. I told her this happened before and it never happened to me at the store on 9th Avenue and she replied "OH WELL'. twice I had bad service at this location.

Didn’t get to catch the gentleman on the phones name but he was working the phone on August 12th at around 12. He’s super nice, and super friendly, and was very communicative when I called. I could tell he was slammed with customers and probably having to do 3 things at once but he pulled through and my order was fantastic. Y’all keep it up over there! You all deserve raises!!!

Purchased a medium sub combo. Was asked to "round up"--which I did. Screen then prompted me for a tip. Ended up being $15.00. Person behind the counter said she made a mistake and that I wasn't charged. Argued that I was. She said I wasn't. Re-rang the sale. The sandwhich I got was tiny--made from 2 short end pieces. When I got my statement a couple weeks later-I saw where I had been charged twice ($30.00) for that little sandwich. Not what it used to be ! Won't go back to that location until they hire some decent help.
