Ordered a pick up order and messed up the pick up time, was able to call the restaurant and get it straightened out. Food was fresh and hot when I walked in.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my dinner. I stopped by after a really long work day and was only handed half of my order. I called the store back, but it would have been an hour round trip drive, my only option was to return to get it rather than a credit back, then the phone was hung up. She also blamed it on me.. rotten luck, but it didn't go well for me.

Great,fresh, amazing tasting Subs. Firehouse knocks it, way out of the park, when it comes to fresh. Always hot, fast friendly service. Never have to wait, on your pickup order. This place has an amazing hot sauce bar. Many different flavors and some you never heard off. Try the ones you like or haven’t tried before. This place will be on you top three favorite places to eat.

I love your subs, but don't understand why you charge, in the app, if I want to change the cheese on my sub! If I wanted extra cheese then I could understand! But if I want to remove one cheese and add a different one, there should be no charge for that! That's simply ripping off your customers just for wanting to swap the type of cheese! Maybe you should look at the Subway app, since they allow changes without ripping you off!

I ordered my food on the app and the special directions for each sandwich were not followed. So, I was not pleased with either sandwich this time around and FH is one of my favorite spots. 2nd time this has happened.

Girl at register wasn’t sure how their promotions worked and neither did we, however, who I assume to be the manager (whoever the girl asked for help) was so rude. Their attitude was completely unnecessary. We love firehouse, and we’re gonna get our order whether the promo was added or not. Will probably go to other locations though to avoid rude behavior. Be a better example for your employees. Food was awesome though!

Stopped by for lunch on Veterans Day and found the meal to be free for Veterans. I’d like to thank the franchise owner for participating in the event. Your team was awesome, courteous, and fast. This location is hit or miss. A few months ago, I tried the NY Steamer Sub and loved it. A few days ago, I ordered it again, and this time it was not good. It had alot less meat on it, and the alot of the meat was dry. The Sub didn't even taste the same as it did the first time I tried it. I wouldn't order it again. I also ordered a side salad which was so small, it definitely wasn't worth the $3.99 it costs. Not sure if I'd order from here again. Jersey Mike's is always good and much better!
