I have come to Fosko's a few times now and everything I've tried has been great and the employees seem really lovely.
The only downside is that the food takes awhile, and I mean awhile. I went in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty quiet with no line when I ordered. I sat down to wait for my crepe which took 30 minutes for it to come out. 30 minutes when they weren't busy at the time does seem a little absurd for a cafe.
Reasonably, there were orders ahead of mine but if I new it would take 30 minutes for my crepe I would've gone elsewhere. It is understandable that coffee is the main thing but they have a separate kitchen to make the food eith only 4-5 orders ahead of mine.

Crepes are good but they’re kind of slow and idk if it was the owner or not but I ask her a simple question and she acted like I spoke a different language and quite frankly demeaning because I referred to whipped cream as “cool whip.” Something simple and easy to resolve with compassion instead of confusion and rudeness. The barista and cash register employee were super nice.

The Foskolina with Vanilla is my favorite drink the coffee barre serves! Highly recommend!
I came in looking for a nice place to have a coffee and read my book.
There was 2 other customers who had taken up an entire couch seating area by placing bags, jackets and equipment all over it. I asked nicely if they could move their stuff so I could sit on the far end but then they started acting weird and making excuses and making it seem like I was asking them to move completely. I wasn’t. They then proceeded to get and up and lie to the staff telling them I was harassing them and trying to kick them out of their seats! I told them I was only asking if they could make room for other people on the couch (their stuff was taking up space that 4-6 other people could use). But the staff took their side because they wouldn’t listen to my side before assuming I was asking for something unreasonable. The fact it was such a hassle for those 2 people to do something so simple and small as sharing a public place was already a turnoff and I didn’t even want to be near them anyway. And the fact the staff stood up for their behavior was baffling.
Told them to refund my drink and I left.

Augustine makes the best crepes at Fosko. You want to go there when she is on crepes. Also, the ice lattes white mocha raspberry and honey latte is delicious.
