Love stopping here when in Florida! Unique atmosphere, exciting menu, delicately decadent coffee. I love it.

Fosko’s in Pensacola is an absolute gem! Their cold brew is perfectly smooth and refreshing — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The crepes are just as impressive: light, flavorful, and beautifully made, whether you go for sweet or savory. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great coffee break. Absolutely delicious all around — a must-visit when you’re in Pensacola!

Really cool place! If in the downtown area, great place for a stop in coffee and crepe!

I visited this coffee shop today and ordered a matcha latte, a latte, and a honey latte. The matcha latte was for me, but they gave me a cup that was only half full. I asked why I was getting 12 oz in a 16 oz cup and requested a properly filled drink. The barista didn’t acknowledge me, she just grabbed the drink, added some cheaper milk, and handed it back. It wasn’t a matcha anymore just green milk.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I expected better quality and service. I hope they won’t do this to another person.

Easily the best coffee shop ive been to hands down. The atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness, it all was amazing, everything tasted amazing. Got an amazing blue berry muffin and espresso as recommended by amber and lizz, and it was delicious. Will be back, we came from Mobile Al, and it would be worth the drive just for another muffin!!

Food would have been 5 stars if my caprese had any basil in it. It tasted fabulous but was definitely missing the basil. Staff was amazing and so was the ambience.

I love spending quality time here when I visit from out of state. The interior is beautiful, brick walls, lots of glass, nice lighting, and the food and drinks are very good. Seating is plentiful and includes nice tables on the sidewalk. My only complaint isn't with the place, it's with the city. Most of the local parking is pay-by-phone only. Some of us still refuse to bend to the cell phone culture and it's a HUGE inconvenience not to have another way to pay for parking. There are limited free parking spaces about two blocks away so that's helpful. Hopefully the fine folks at Fosko can put in a word at the next city meeting for no-phone ways to pay for parking.

I love this place, but the owner was very disrespectful. The employees are amazing. The coffee and everything is amazing. The owner however does not know how to talk to people. He is very rude and disrespectful. Just because you own the place does not give you the right to talk to people however you want. Especially people who are spending money in your establishment. My female colleague was yelled at and belittled in front of other customers just for leaving business cards in their establishment. No damage was done, but because she is a female, in the Army, and he’s some high ranking marine or navy officer, he felt the need to embarrass her. Not very professional and unbecoming of an officer.

Simply the best in Pensacola. Delicious coffee and espresso and tasty breakfast items. They offer dark roast past 11AM which is nearly impossible to find elsewhere in this dumb city.

Lots of options for non-coffee drinkers. The strawberry-banana smoothie was very good. It wasn't super sweet and tasted very natural. Very impressed by it. The employees were super nice and the cashier was kind enough get us a few water cups for free. It was godsent on such a hot day.

The crepes are amazing...the coffee, however, was far from being what I'd even consider decent. Is it drinkable? Yes. But its extremely bitter...unless you are ordering drinks that are oversaturated with syrups. A good judge of a coffeeshop is the quality of its espresso drinks, sans sweeteners...the cortado shouldn't be bitter, but it consistently is. I would recommend this place for crepes, but for coffee, I'd say just walk another block to Makers, where the coffee is OUTSTANDING!

Stopped by Fosko Coffee Barre yesterday and what a fantastic find! ☕ The coffee here is seriously top-notch - you can tell they really know what they’re doing. Had their omelette and it was perfectly fluffy and packed with flavor. But honestly, the vibe is what really sets this place apart - it’s got such a fun, energetic atmosphere that makes you want to hang out and soak it all in. Great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a proper breakfast. The whole experience just put me in a good mood! Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here for breakfast and the crepe was amazing! The creme with the strawberry and Nutella was so fresh. My husband had a blueberry muffin that was huge! It tasted fantastic, with just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee was also great. Would definitely recommend.
